Shanks knew this all along, thats the reason no one in his crew has DF.
Rat had inside info
The Rat Haired dead beat dad Pirates
He is not a rat
Yea he had inside info he was on Rodgers crew who learned the true history. You think just because he didn't walk on the island, that the rodger pirates never talked about what they learned in there? You can't just ignore that shanks was a roger pirate.
@@sabiqkarim8749 what is he then 🤔
this why buggy was heated shanks made him eat the devil fruit😂
Blackbeard pirates are finished bro😭
All 10 of them bouta hop on Stronger and pray he flies
And they have legendary raft for emergency
How are they finished?
They are just straight up better than the straw hats with one member being almost equal to Akainu and another being equal to Magellan before he even got his fruit. Let alone the fact that the rest of the crew is generally broken.
@@Segorillai bet van auger can tp the whole crew out
@@lunarluxe9832 where if everything is sunk? He will tp them to water or what bro
This Chapter made me realize. When Luffy Zoro or Sanji are busy or MIA. Technically Nami would be leader or co captain. The way she read the room instantly and commanded the straw hats to protect Robin. While Grabbing Robin herself and defending her with Zeus. Dumbledore Clap 👏🏾
Normally robin would take the lead when it comes to fighting but she is traumatised. But apart from jinbe and the monster trio when it comes to naturally leading the crew she would prob take charge
I’d argue jinbei might outrank her now. Even if she’s been around longer jinbe fits the role better imo.
I’m speaking on the moment happening right this second. Nami is the superior or veteran of the crew that she is with. Meaning her words hold more weight in a situation like this. Yes Robin in some instance would take charge too but she’s suffering from PTSD.
She’s always been the vice captain in my mind.
@@marcomarin1196 keep it real. Yeah. But this chapter was my double down. She maybe among the weak trio. But she’s always been a leader.
Could this mean that the stupid-looking suits from the Celestial Dragons are actualy diving suits, 'cos they've been ready for dozens of years for the world to go underwater?
Astronauts do get trained in giant pools of water so for sure possible
I don’t think they’d need them cause I bet the reason the marijous is on the res line is to prepare for this so they probably won’t even touch the water and will be safe on the red line
Dozens of years?
I think you're on the right track, but that they are altitude suits rather than diving suits. Lets them, quite literally, sit amongst the clouds while the rest of the world drowns.
@@kaleomungin just a guess, could be 800, I just think space-suits would be something Vegapunk would come up with
This is a nod to Water 7 arc, a global Agua Laguna.
And in typical One Piece arc fashion, there’s now a time limit for the world too 😂
This is no nod, this is straight up foreshadowing. The Skypiea, LRLL, Water 7 and Enies lobby arcs are all endgame foreshadowing
Wait is the „I‘ll make Water 7 into a ship“ thing from Iceberg actually gonna become important?
@@ALookInto587 lol wtf, this story is way too intricate. Oda has been COOKING
@@BruceExplains Sry to ask this, is the LRLL as a joke, cuz that arc is filler and doesn't exist in the manga
It’s crazy how one sentence can pull so many things together truly an amazing story
Knowing the world is sinking makes everything piece together.
In one piece there are six massive man made structures. The three gates of justice. The bridge country Tequila Wolfe, the massive hole below ennies lobby and finally the Noah.
The gates of justice aren't gates. They're giant water valves meant to regulate the flow of water. The giant hole functions as a drain to keep the water level regulated.
Guys it's all one massive flood/Armageddon defense system disguised as something the navy put in to help them travel between the three Marine buildings.
The islands are all mountains, the highest peaks in one piece world as mountains have their own magnetic fields and having to use logposes to navigate after the log pose connects with the magnetic field now makes sense. Just like ancient wano is under water, the ancient kingdom is also under water. Void century is the apocalyptic flooding of the world that made everyone's world change into islands in a water body instead of continents and oceans. Maybe the redline is also a water stopping mechanism that makes water flow at higher altitudes and also blocks passage to lower altitude areas for water to flow into. One piece world is hallow right at the moment, cause the lower altitude areas in that planet are not filled with water.
Your on the money glad someone else came up with the same conclusion but its also deeper because one piece parallels our world so im 99% sure our previous civilisation and cites are all under water and our countries are the top of mountains this stuff goes DEEP
This is the first thing I thought, you put it into words really well. The ratio between land and water makes so much sense now!!
Also explains how life (ie. plants, animals, humans) could've spread everywhere despite everything being waterlocked.
This is all very narrow though, isn't it? Like them being mountains would not explain the weird weather. Two islands next to each other being cold and hot?
If that's really the case, how did seaKINGS so huge even come to exist? Creatures that big can only exist on planets where majority of it is water.
Long Ring Long Land is relevant now
All my thoughts in a comment now I know iam not crazy
"What does this all mean?".....
Means we're getting the "ALL BLUE" a but early in the story 😁
😂😂😂 I’m weak
Whole World Sinking leaving Sky Island and Gyojin and Merfolk dream not seen Sun forever 😢
An interesting thing I saw in Tekking101 review is he mentioned how Iceberg noticed Water Seven was sinking a few centimeters each year, so he made it a boat. This could have something to do with that.
a small hint leading to an entire plot that consist the destruction of the entire world
Magnificent
“a man only dies when they are forgotten”
Who can survive the flood?
1) Noah Ark
2) Skypiea it is in the sky
3) Marjorie since they are on the Grand Line
4) Zoa due to Zunesha
5) Every Fishermen.

This would be very smart
Would be 4d chess if vegapunk knew his greed would betray him lmao.
That's wild.

Either it's York, or embedded on something Vegapunk created that the Gorosei consider too valuable to destroy
This brings me back to that giant bridge the government is building in the middle of nowhere
Brook cutting one of Saturn's legs off is sick
BrookVP will return
We unfortunately didn't see too much from him since the time skip so I guess it's only natural that I keep underestimating him. I in fact might be underestimating all of the Strawhats that aren't among the M3. He did very well against Big Mom too.
@@pandaman1331 yeah brook clutched up in whole cake for the poneglyph copies and nobody can take that from em, but i agree i would like to see more from the eldest member.
So can he damage their soul
Y'all not talking about Chopper blocking the stomp
That panel with Vegapunks head is one of the best in One Piece.
Castles in Drum, Alabasta, Dressrosa, Wano all sit relatively high up above ground. The tree of knowledge in Ohara looks like it was eroding and changed how it was growing at a certain height. The aqua laguna, long ring long land, Zunesha, and of course Mariejois. So many tracks leading us here.
The flooding is probably the most foreshadowed plot point in the series, and i love it.
Man that was a cool chapter. Our crew is lit fr
I’m going to posit that Bonnie’s fruit was the world Govts attempt at recreating or duplicating the Nika fruit
I like this as I also feel the two are related in some way
Yeah, the power of imagination in fruit form.
They specified that the message starts when the heart stops beating. However true death is when the brain stops functioning 👀👀
Bingo 👏🏽👍🏽
Actually someone is declared medicaly dead once the heart stops beating.
@@axedrel211 but if their brain is kept alive then they're technically not dead
The chapter was basically a yonko crew doing yonko crew things. Even the weakest fighting the top brass
The panel that gets me the most is the Marines freaking out due to Vegapunks news. Like there will probably be some defectors. But I think the old one piece world was one of vast land masses that are now under the sea. Maybe the apology to the Poseidon of the past has more to do with not being able to help the then surface people? If Wano and water 7 are allegories or historical evidence for what the world of the One Piece is/was, then the water has to originate from somewhere. I imagine the roots of the Eve tree are where the original world ruins reside
Or what if what if it’s all a misinformation just like in skypiea? Cricket thought it went underwater, but it actually got shot up in the sky. But instead of the sky, op world got shoot up into space 😂 now we are back to enel
By that, did that mean the water levels rose up 10 kilometers over 800 years somehow?
@@egymagnet Great question. For One Piece it’s possible. Somehow islands get pushed down into the sea by the mother flame and the sea level rises. Another thought is maybe all the islands were connected at some point like Pangea. I’m throwing ideas out there. Very excited!
@DexXavier I've thought of the idea of pangea too, by that logic the all blue could have surrounded one giant landmass in the middle of the world, possible where the ancient kingdom resided, possibly even right under the current red line or the current day fishmen Island, but I am just speculating on the latter.
In essence, the "all blue" could have just been the "common sea" to every inhabitant of this big pangea like land mass that was in the middle.
BRAIN BRAIN FRUIT AWAKENING - JARVIS 🧠
I really loved that moment with Nami protecting Robin, was so wholesome 🥺
I like the idea that there was a lot more landmass in the past, like what's shown in Monsters.
Jinbe's cover story is WAYYY more interesting now.
Refresh my memory on what his was.
@@Ben-iz9udI remember it was the one underwater and they found some interesting things (i dont remember exactly what)
@@Mugiduck He found a poneglyph

Bonney doing the giant gear 5 stomp is crazy lol 😂
Rayleigh's boat coating business is about to be booming
honestly don't really know why people always make it apparent when someone does something cool, like Sanji then get hit immediately back. I don't think it takes anything anyway from anyone... I mean they're the Gorosei what you expect.
It's just haters because if you put their favorite character in that same spot then it's hype for them. I don't even care about Sanji like that but I'll admit it was a great moment for him. Worthy of a Yonko crew, and dude isn't even in Germa mode
I don't get it either. What an L or a W is depends largely on what you are expecting from a character. Did anyone seriously believe that Sanji would beat a Gorosei one vs one? Some people act like he should low diff them. He is putting up some very good resistence against the top tiers this arc. That's very impressive to me because I didn't expect this from him, even as a Sanjifan. Guess I underestimated him. Many people seem to have overestimated him though.
Just wait for some more chapters after Zoro Returns in action this is gonna turn into a Toxicity War😂😂
Its really funny that they even think that they a Fans of something with so much hate😂😂
@@Sanoy1010 If Zoro even returns. It almost seems like Oda doesn't have any plans for him this arc. He just keeps stalling jobbers and runs around aimlessly. Withou any bias, everyone has to admit that he is the most disappointing in this arc so far. He literally hasn't done anything of value. I'm still hoping for a Zoro/Sanji teamup. Maybe even a teamup of Zoro/Sanji/Jinbei. That would be awesome. But considering how things went so far, I wouldn't be surprised if Oda won't let Zoro do anything. Som much for Zoro being his favorite character. No idea where this rumor comes from anyway.
Truth man! I just laugh because that’s how a fight actually is! The other person isn’t just gonna stand there and let you hit them, like tf!!!
This chapter reinforces what I already believe: That Oda will deliver the most cathartic ending to a story that I have loved for so long. It's all coming together. The unique positions of the Roger Pirates, (one on the entrance to the Grand Line. One on the entrance to the new world. Rayleigh coating ships, Crocus living in a whale, Shanks' crew having no devil fruit), the absurd elevation of some islands (Wano, Arabasta, Water 7), the tall bridge which construction spanned over the course of 700 years, the absurd outfits of the Celestial Dragons, the unnatural look of the Red Line, Vegapunk's search for an infinite power source, Enel's ability that powered up a whole civilization, the devil fruit users' drawback of not being able to swim, the Noah, the promise of JoyBoy,... etc etc.
Everything is unfolding so beautifully and there are still countless possibilities! I just stared for a whole 10 minutes after reading this chapter. It's masterful.
Now we know why they built tequila wolf bridge for hundreds of years
This Chapter Felt like Being Trapped in A UnderWater Cave For Months Then Coming to the Surface To Take Your First Breath Of Land Air.

@@chriskang7124 if the world will sink into the ocean all df users are screwed
Imagine watching that kick in the anime.
1) Is there a chance that Big Mom's book, where she collects one type of each race on the planet, is her way of preserving the genetic diversity of the planet once the flood comes? In the same way that Noah had 2 of each animal on his Ark? It would make sense why Big Mom was so remiss about not having Giants in her Book of Species because I imagine it would mean she had the complete set of genetic life in the One Piece world which she could go on to use to repopulate the globe post apocalyptic flooding?
That's why Rayleigh learned coating ships and Shank's crew doesn’t have DF 😂
And crocus lives inside the fckg whale
I’m starting to think with what Vegapunk said that Laughtale is actually not sunk underwater but farther down like at the center of the earth. And maybe the “mother flame” weapon sent it down there in the past since we have seen a similar hole to Lulusia and that was in Enies Lobby… (Sidenote: Enies Lobby is called the island of perpetual daylight and if the kingdom that was destroyed by the Mother Flame was there before maybe there is some connection between what Vegapunk said and energy source like the SUN and it’s always daylight there). But this explains why the celestials hate the fishmen… it’s cause they actually fear them cause they can survive the world flooding… and all the major palaces and capitals we’ve seen are all on plateaus or higher up off the ground… like when they were built they knew or it happened before. Alubarna, Dressrosa’s castle (also Dressrosa is surrounding by giant rock walls), The Castle on the Drum Rockies, Amazon Lily’s City is surrounding by walls and elevated, Goa Kingdom’s castle… also Shandora in Calgara and Noland’s flashback 400 years ago was underground to get to it… almost like the Shandorans didn’t live in it cause it flooded and they moved to higher ground… Old Wano sunk too so they built up and built walls around it… Maybe the Minks had to abandon their homeland cause it sunk so they relocated atop Zunesha. Water 7 built atop old Water 7 and maybe even Long Ring Long Land back in the day was all connected! Also, in Elbaf we see that GIANT TREE (Treasure Tree Adam?) and maybe the Prince Loki’s castle is located there? And the Celestials live in the safest place the Redline… so they had to take the land from the Lunarians. It makes so much sense and with the Noah maybe the fishman were suppose to help land dwellers? But for whatever reason JoyBoy couldn’t fulfill his end of the promise… Also Pluton is a ship and Poseidon is a mermaid with the power to control the Sea Kings which literally rule the seas, so of course the government fear the weapons! I think Laughtale (the Ancient Lingdom) got the Lulusia treatment and ended up at the center of the earth and I think a lot of other islands who rebelled too along with different seas from across the planet and now an ocean resides there too: The ALL BLUE! It may explain why Oda said in an SBS if Akianu was a pirate he would find the One Piece in a year or less cause maybe you need to pass through a layer of magma of the planet’s crust to reach Laughtale. I’m not sure how Roger did it though. Maybe the Ancient Robot on Egghead currently came up from down at the center of the Earth to attack the Celestials 200 years ago out of Revenge for what they did to the Ancient Kingdom/Laughtale. Journey to the Center of the Earth anyone?
I think I have a new theory with this chapter, and it's more of a guess as to why the Minks Tribe lives on Zunesha.
Due to the world flooding, the Minks Tribe were losing their home, and with no way of escaping, the Minks were going to go extinct, but then Zunesha arrived, and in saving the Minks Tribe he committed a crime and that crime was saving the Minks Tribe when they were suppose to die out.
Despite York being one of the Vegapunks, she's too stupid to realize there's no way she'll become an Celestial Dragon. Hell back in Luffy's child hood, a pirate crew were promised the same thing. Ultimately they got used, they had to burn with everyone else trapped outside the walls. It's only matter of time before she gets the bad end of the stick.
Shout out to the weak trio for standing up for robin. You could see our girl was having ptsd🫡
I don't think Sanji getting bit by Nosjuro is an L. They're scrapping and him saving Bonney lets her save him back with her Distorted future attack.
Wasn't he also carrying vegapunk when this happened?
Also his body probably isn't damaged at all like what we saw in the Queen fight
who said it was an L?
@@iliasnox8974 is an L to those who think sanji is yonko/admiral level.... AND THESE ARE THE VAST MAJORITY OF HIS FANS
so to them and their agenda is an L and what agencies do is COVER UPS
but to me someone who respects the story and its establishments it was perfectly normal for sanji to get rekt... he scrapped with a far more powerful fighter and got an expected treatment
its not a defeat ofc its just something that was expected nothing more nothing less
Fishman island was once on the surface because the sea level was once at its level in the past. But as since flooded and submerged it.
Why does every comment about Sanji always lead to toxicity?
Because Zoro fans hate that he’s goated
Maybe this ocean rising happened before and causes the death of Joyboy and that’s why zunesha is so tall also, this could be why marejoi is so high in the sky so they can avoid this.
I loved the baldimorean go "no... that was Franky" like everybody and they babies know who Franky is by first name and ya... he blew up the laboratory lmfao
What if Roger Pirates already knew that the world will sink ?
Shanks - chose to not have a devil fruit user in his crew
Rayleigh - choose to coat ship
Crocus - choose to stay with laboon ( inside of him )
Tom ( connected also to Roger ) and Ice Burg - know that the world/Water 7 will sink because of aqua laguna and Tom build a train that float on water and Iceburg planning to float water 7
Celestial Dragon: Lives in Marijoise (highest part of red line )
Giant bridge that still building 700 years ago till now
All of the Town's Castle for the royal family are located at the top of the hill or mountain
Celestial Dragon are not wearing Spacesuit they are wearing Diving Suit
They Kill*d lunarian because when the flood happened they will stand at the top because they can adopt and they are very strong
Lastly Wano is on the top of Volcano/Mountain, what if the reason behind momonosuke's decision for not opening the border of the wano because him and yamato knew that world will sink and if that happens that's the only time they will open the border
The reason why roger said he is too early because the great flood is not happening yet and the reason why roger create a pirate era to convince people to set sail and make a boat because the flood will happen soon
Ccto
The Noah is not for fisherman its for the people up there that needs help because of the flood and they gonna send those people to Wano or Top of the Red Line
Just going to point out that Venus's sword also increased in size for his hybrid form. We don't normally see Zoan's who carry weapons since they usually get their pwn natural weapons, but I have wondered what happens to Kaido's club when he goes full dragon. I'll also need to look more closely at Venus' horse form to see if the sword is visible. It may be that the df 'stores' the weapon for mystical zoans in full form.
Zoans seem to naturally affect the clothes of their user to fit, and now we may see some additional equipment they carry. There may be practical applications to this, like the bigger sword hitting harder, longer reach, and greater 'flying blade' like when Zoro first used Shisui against Zombie Oars.
Love how no one is associating this to sanjis dream. Not specifically that only he ever dreamed of that but that it was a tale passed down, like nika. All I’m saying is that there’s probably a way (weapon) to manipulate the earth.
5:20 dude this happens with every character.
Apoo damaged Zoro in Onigashima, Queen put Luffy and Zoro in his mouth.
Agenda Piece is shit, cuz people now only care about powerscaling.
I wonder how some of these people actually find enjoyment in these stories when the constantly fight over which character might be stronger.
He also broke bones with the bite.
For some reason, this made me think of aqua laguna. The same way oden wanted to open wano. If it’s the same as aqua laguna, the borders in wano will trap all those water, submerging current wano. So it’s probably one of the reasons oden wanted it open. There’s also theme of ships like Noah, water 7 (iceberg making water like a giant floating ship like thriller bark), pluton (battleship, but could also use as a housing from the coming flood). These will probably come up again when the flood happens as a way to shelter everyone. This is a crazy way to look at it, when water 7 ocean was ebbing, we could see all the submerged city. What if the same happened from years ago that everyone live on red line and the water level was on the same level as the red line. Meaning what people currently live on was something under water during ancient times. Even since then, ocean was ebbing, and at this very year it’s all coming back.
I reaaallyy like the page with Vegapunk’s brain. Just how it’s so artfully done, and the way it’s illuminated from below
2) Also, does Akainu's Devil Fruit and his close relationship to the WG now become more significant?
Akainu's power is very closely associated with Volcanoes; and historically, underwater volcanoes have been critical in creating new land masses
Volcanoes produce magma which when it cools creates land mass; combined with green bull's ability to create natural flora and you've got two abilities which are critical to the reformation of the world's geography following an apocalyptic natural disaster. We know the Admirals were given their fruits by the WG; perhaps these fruits were secured by the WG in order to remake the world in their desired image following the apocalyptic flooding?
Where was it said the wg gave the admirals their df?? (genuenly asking)
@@svz1345 I'm almost positive it was; I can't remember the exact Chapter reference but I do recall that the Admirals were recruited into the WG without Devil Fruits and then eventually given the fruits by the WG. If we look at the Garp and Aojiki flashback for example, Aojiki has no DF during that period of his training and rising through the ranks. This would strongly suggest it was the WG that gave him his fruit I think?
@@YJBANJO could be. I personally don't remember that ever being mentioned.
Regarding garp and Aokiji's flashback, there's nothing that suggest he didn't have his df. Garp just said no df or haki while training to which aokiji replied he didn't know haki. So the only thing that was confirmed there was that aokiji didn't know haki at that time. I'll look it up though.
Vegapunk is now the big ancient robot
Guarantee!!!!!
You got me thinking that maybe Dr. Vegapunk’s consciousness will transfer to the Thousand Sunny (if anyone can get it done it would be Vegapunk & Franky) somewhat like Jarvis and perhaps Franky’s wanted poster serves as a gag and foreshadowing the Thousand Sunny future abilities…
Admirals > Gorosei in combat ability.
Green Bull was up against Yamato, Momo, and the Akaza 9 yet was pretty much unfazed until the blast breaths and even then he says he is was about to get serious until Shanks wifi haki’s him. Green Bull is the guy who the fandom calls the weakest admiral while Saturn isn’t getting past the weaker Straw Hat members, Ghandi is getting stalled by Sanji, some giants and Bonney, and Top Man is getting stopped by Dory and Brogy. An injured Akainu was going to a stale mate with all the White Beard commanders.
Sanji is still on fire. Literally. Did he just jump off Nasjuro's sword to kick him? Badass Sanji, badass. This would all be very epic if we didn't know that these Gorosei mfs just regenerate😂. I really would like for the Strawhats to win this though. Not one vs one obviously but in small groups to beat the highest authority of the world government. That would be awesome. It's crazy to think that we reached a point where it seems like the Strawhats should deliver because about two arcs ago one of the Strawhats facing a Gorosei would have felt absurd.
Oda is also very great at making likeable characters. The worst generation generally has good chemistry but Bonney is among the few who seems to natrually fit in the Strawhats. And after Kuma's backstory I really want both of them to join the Strawhats even if I know that it won't happen. Though I'm sure we will see her interact with the Strawhats a lot in the final saga as it seems like she is integral to the story after all. Hope Kuma survives too so that we get to see more of him.
Don't matter if they Regen tho bro, Luffy with a red roc couldn't damage a gorosei...this unironically puts Sanji over most of rooftop Luffy this arc
@@jpraise6771 Luffy with Red Roc couldn't damage Warcury. He could damage Saturn just fine. Everybody could though.
My question is: how does Roger tie into this? What made him want to adventure out into the world. It feels like he knew something beforehand.
He wanted to be free
@Ben-iz9ud maybe so but there's definitely more there. He already had the strawhat also. Whoever gave it to him possibly told him some of the secrets of the world.
Maybe he knew something before hand or maybe he just wanted to discover the secrets of the world and he accomplished that

Hey I'm reffering this here again to say that the whole pulling an Atlantis and sinking into the sea thing is VERY interesting, considering that Plato said Atlantis had a massive, unexplained power source that the gods grew jealous of and so they sank it.
Vegapunk is just a head, kinda like the busts of famous philosophers. the elders? they are the pantheon here. Egghead island would then be Atlantis, the power plant is the power source. Plato may be Greek and the names Saturn and Mars are the Roman versions of the pantheon, but i don’t think that’s a coincidence either. even the way Plato explains the way Atlantis was destroyed sounds like the way the mother flame is used. Plus the only thing we have seen raising the sea level is the mother flame an arm antic. Can it be that the use of those weapons raise the sea level after being use, and maybe that the world gouvernement use them to destroy the ancien kingdom and the sea has been rising since. also note that maybe why the celestial dragon stay on top of the world.
You definitely in the right ball park to a point especially with why they are at the top of the red line. This is much deeper than a lot of people realise as one piece has many parallels to our world. Im 99% sure our previous civilisation and cities are all under water and the powers that be know this. Now whether the same thing will happen in our world i doubt it as the most high did say he'll never flood the earth again but its definitely interesting times in our world and one piece
This chapter was something Vega punk man RIP Also shout out to the crew protecting Robin you love to see it
With VP's revelation at the end, I do hope that it somehow explains/ties-in to Aqua Laguna. The peculiar ferocity of the one we saw during the W7 arc could've been subtle foreshadowing to that bombshell if we assume that the sinking of the world of OP could've been a consequence of certain actions in the past that VP would've uncovered while continuing the Ohara scholar's research, akin to what climate change is to us
You've made a great point. If I am not wrong, the Red Line is close to Enies Lobby and W7. If WG destroyed the island where Enies Lobby currently is located, maybe Aqua Laguna is the result of the destruction
Me stretching my ideas a bit too far now:
Has anyone thought of their being parallels between the Matrix and One Piece?
Neo is Luffy aka Nika aka The One
The Gorosei and WG run parallel to the the sentinels, machines, AI etc. from the Matrix
The Flood represents the death of the Matrix which is an apocalyptic event capable of wiping everyone out; but it's cyclical and happens every so many years in the same way the Matrix collapses every so many years
The Revolutionary Army would also map to the Resistance in the Matrix, hoping to free the people in the One Piece World from the Oppression of the WG aka the Machines/Sentinels/AI in the Matrix
Imu and the Gorosei need human life to sustain themselves... perhaps not through cannibalism per say but they need humans as some sort of resource; it would explain why Saturn called Humans insects - Agent Smith (Lucci) and the Architect have shared similar disdain for humans in the Matrix too
This would lend itself to the idea then that the WG don't mind the Flood taking place as long as there is a sufficient number of humans available for them to start over again and continue to sustain themselves; islands which are happy to pay tribute and be docile represent tolerable 'insects' which can continue to live in the Matrix i.e. the oppressive world created by the WG, Gorosei etc.
How does Luffy fit into this picture? As Nika aka Neo Luffy has the power to end this Cycle and truly liberate the world
It would explain why there have been past Nika too; there were other 'Chosen Ones' who could've ended the Cycle but each time they were defeated by the WG/Gorosei/Imu in the same way that previous versions of Neo consistently lost when faced with the Truth
It might also explain why Imu collects the hats of the previous Nika to remind himself of those who came in eras past
Where it gets interesting is that Luffy consistently reminds us he is not a Hero; and although he does good, he still has selfish intentions
In the same way that Neo selfishly chose to save Trinity versus going through the Door
Perhaps Luffy will make a choice that no previous Nika had thought to make because of his indomitable Will and truly break the Cycle, succeeding where previous Nikas/Neos were unable to do so...
Wait a sec , ur cookin
@@hafz9417 cheers for the reply mate! Glad you enjoyed my theory crafting :) I'm a very big Matrix fan and watch the films religiously and more and more as of late the potential ties between the Matrix and One Piece seem to be there
You could for example make a comparison between Dragon and Morpheus? Both leading the Revolution, recruiting people, trying to liberate the Oppressed
Even the Island where the Revolutionaries are based in comparable to Zion in the Matrix
I also cannot ignore the idea that there were previous JoyBoys; and Oda in his amazing way still hasn't clarified whether JoyBoy is something you're destined to be or something you become i.e. choose to be
In the same way although Neo was the Prophesied 'One' it wasn't until he Chose to be the One that it really mattered. Similarly, I don't think Luffy will truly be fully actualised as JoyBoy/Nika until he Chooses to do so; despite the world around him already believing it. He still calls it Gear 5 after all and sees his abilities as a bit of fun.
Let us not forget, Neo dies in the first Matrix film and then comes back to life, fully unlocking his abilities as the One and defeats Agent Smith
How? By bending the Matrix to his will
Who else bends reality to their will? Gear 5 Luffy - who had to Die against Kaido to unlock his Nika/JoyBoy powers.
I could go further but curious to see what you think about the above!
I hope they get haki awakening by fighting against Saturn.
6:22 seraphim for sure! The “peak of humanity”
Which is also what grosei might be devil fruits that came to life with no human to contain em
If the Redline falls, the water level across the world would rise.
This chapter was absolutely nuts and changes everything
RIP VegaChad, what a absolute legend
I guess Global Warning is real and Fishmen (Arlong and Hordy) be like works fine for us lol
We've had all these hints but never put two and two together
(1. There's a Noah's ark in Fishmen Island
2. The water level rising in Water 7
3. Wano's geography and them not wanting to open the borders
4. The Celestial Dragon living at the highest place and getting rid of the Lunarians)
Vega punk might be turning his self into a human human fruit by allowing everybody to have the memory of Vega punk in their mind even though it’s his last message his personality ideals and dream will live forever, which creative devil fruit proven his theory, right
You know now that I think about it throughout the entire series of One Piece we’ve never seen a single continent that’s even connected to other lands ever before because every place the Strawhats have been to have all been just really large islands that can only been traveled by ship and not one of those islands even have a single continent at all.
i have been thinking about it this whole time
This world is not natural at all
always chalked it up to 'Oda's Wacky World" lol
I hope that Bonney joins the crew. The chemistry is right there
There are way too many characters I want to join them but it won't happen.
Seems logical..I mean at this point the WG wants to get rid of her as badly as they do with robin… her father is basically dead, so who else gone protect her? 🤷♂️
Bonney seriosly no Haki, she to depent on devil fuit just like brook and robin our enemy after this is stronger than before Shanks,BB,Mihawk and IM
@@yanaskhoir3657 yet the Gorosei fear her more than an ACoC user like Zoro 😂
Bro where is my live reaction 😭😭😭😭
It’s in his other account. Brago d. Ace
I don’t think that the world sinking into the sea is something that’ll happen naturally, I think it’s something the Imu is planning, and here’s why:
1. The location of Marijoa, 10k meters on top of the Red Line. Imu can sink the world into the sea without worrying about what will happen to him/her and the Celestial Dragons.
2. When Imu destroyed Lulusia it made the sea level rise, Imu wouldn’t do something like that unless he was aware of the consequences of destroying an island.
3. The Celestial Dragons suits can foreshadow the sinking of the world. They look like astronaut suits but they can also be viewed as diving suits.
4. The Noah ark. Joy Boy knew about the Government’s plan to sink the world. He probably assumed that sinking the world into the bottom of the ocean will destroy Fishman Island, which is located at the bottom of the ocean, so he designed the Noah with the help of Poseidon in order to ensure the safe evacuation of the Fishmen when the time comes.
5. Oden’s intention to open the borders of Wano. We learned that the old Wano was drowned and the new Wano was built somewhere in the middle of the huge mountain of Wano. Opening the borders will allow all of the trapped water to escaped back into the sea, which won’t affect the sea level that much considering how vast the sea is in the One Piece world, allowing the new Wano to remain safe in case the sea level will rise due to Imu’s plan. That is the real reason why the Gorosei were relieved when Momo decided not to open the borders, that and the existence of Pluton.
This chapter shows maturity among the strawhats. This is what a pirate king crew is all about. Even the yonko crew commanders (wb, bm, kaido) are not this matured when we met them maybe except katakuri and marco. Based on this chapter alone, strawhat crew is the most competent/well rounded yonko crew we have seen. I am just excited to interact with Shanks and his crew because that crew may have the best crew and better than the strawhats today. I love this arc and I am willing to put this as the top 2 arc of the series behind marineford.
That was sanji without germa mode … just pure base🔥🔥🔥🔥
And? So many characters have damaged the Gorosei. Kuma, Bonney, dorry and broggy. It's not hard.
Not many characters have made them bleed in base. Sanji is up rn and mfs can’t stand it 😂

Dude i am pretty sure now about my theory specially when vegapunk revealed that world is sinking, luffy’s dream is to swim and all devil fruit users to be able to swim at the end of his dream, that is why other pirate like usopp said it is impossible, maybe in laugh tale luffy will find the one piece which will enable all the devil fruit users to swim, roger didn’t get it because of his limited time and sickness, luffy will definitely fulfill roger’s dream, shanks already knew about the history and one piece that is the reason why he gathered a crew who is not a devil fruit user to get ready in the future where the world were sinking, so every theorist out there who can read this comment, put it in you next video, chao*
Dude seriously horse bites are actually super gnarly, look at those teeth
Sanjis dream confirmed
In a different way though lol
All blue, literally 😂
Long Ring Long Land was the hint all along?? All the islands are just highland peaks from the previous flood???
this explains why pirates are essential for freedom and thus"saving the world". they live on ships and are not bound by land. it adds extra context to the world governments obsession with pirates and killing dreams as well as what luffy says when he meets up with kidd and law before the onigashima raid. "at sea we deal with pirates" when the water levels raises.
Sanji tanking that chomp was a bit of a feat imo
In base as well is crazy
True
Nusjuro really think he can poison Sanji with it
HORSE IS BACK ON THE MENU BOYSSSSSSSSS THE SANJI STOCK IS UP

@@kingmanga8575 if u were also reading the chapter u would of seen sanji throw vegapunk away so he doesn't get hurt. In a normal scenario sanji wouldn't need to protect anyone he would just defend himself
@@michaelwilliams4024 there’s no telling if sanji threw vegapunk or if vega just fell of his shoulder due to Sanji being bitten. Cant really use that to argue
Vegapunk is gonna be like jarvis fr Oda clearly replicating the real world Vegapunk definitely will become AI
Considering how MASSIVE the one piece world is, the island being just the tip of mountains from the old world doesn't seem so far feched any more, they cold be so high up that they even have electro-magnetic waves eventually leading to the use of log-poses to sail about.
Also we have yet another example of an important character talking about how "good" or "bad" can be interchanged deppending on the individual, maybe there is more to Imu than we initially thought? after all there has always been an importance on that gray area that exist between evil and good down to an individual self
Straw hats will always do their best to protect people they care about especially eachother easily one of the best part of the crew
Aside from Zoro. He is too busy picking pointless fights. Like in this arc against lucci. Which was pointed out 3 times already in the story. Though he does that very often.
Perhaps the opening of Wano is what will flood the world. There's a lot of water trapped up in there.
The panel with vega punks head is crazy, look at the size. It‘s like 30 meters
You looked baked af reading that chapter
The One Piece is a straw that Luffy uses to drink up all the world's seawater. Calling it now.
Rayleigh to Robin: "The conclusion you'll reach might be different from what we found".
Now Punk on "right and wrong".
It seems the conclusion to everything is not so black and white (Blackbeard quote), Imu may be more than meets the eye.
One Piece is always strong on individual thinking. Remember when the Two Kings (Shirahoshi & Luffy) meet? Shirahoshi asked whether Luffy is a good guy or a bad guy, Luffy bluntly said for that it depends on what Shirahoshi thinks.
10/10 chapter, sanji kicked the hell out of the elder
Facts he had to resort to biting.
That's a last ditch effort kinda move wanji had em on the ropes😴
Fact that his eyebrows isn't switched to getma genes is even more crazy
Sanji threw hands with Kizaru, Saturn and Venus, absolute madlad, dude really is HIM. Can see now why Luffy risked his life to get him back, he really can't be PK without the cook
He hasn't even used his full arsenal yet. Not sure about his Germa speed, regeneration and sturdiness but he still has to use Ifrit Jambe. Though I think he isn't using it on purpose. He already saw from fighting Saturn that they can regenerate. Going all out would be pointless at this stage because they would just heal off all damage. I think he won't go all out until they found a way to stop their Regen. Sanji is the best at anaylizing after all so I wouldn't be surprised if that's what he's thinking.
@@thedude-nf1uf 😂 sanji fans read from left to right to cope with how little he does
What if the bridge on tequila wolf was s path meant for pluton to travel across the world. We have Poseidon able to travel through the ocean, and if Uranus is Some sort of sky or flying weapon then the sky is covered, Pluton needs some way to make it across the world just as easily so the Bridge across the word could be for Pluton.
Everyone talking about Sanji. Brook cut a leg off of Saturn!! Don’t sleep on this man.
You know it's crazy when the manga mirrors the world in a way. It's crazy af
I was just thinking this bro. Scary
Almost like it's intentional
I realized ( I geniunely forgot becausts it been 16 years for me) Alabasta is just like Wano on a wall basically. And both places had ponyglyphs. Fishmen Island presumably also had one poneglyph that got stolen. We also know Fishman Island used to be above water. Maybe just as high as Alabasta and Wano. And then we have skypia...
Guys I know att his point its a meme but DID ODA PLANNED ALL THIS FROM THE BEGINNING??? TAKING OUR END OF THE WORLD AS INSPIRATION FOR THIS WORLDBUILDING??? (climate crisis will sink us all if the ice is gone)
What if the One Piece world is actually FLAT? When Roger said the One Piece world turn the world upside down he might have meant it literally!!
that is interesting but
we have seen globe in various things: Oda's drawings and other artist/anime stuff
12:55 it's not really a shock. Water Seven, Skypeia and Wano told us about the rising sea levels in various forms, plus Enies Lobby and Lulusia water displacement kept the suspicion surging (pardon the pun!)
I hope Iceberg is finished with his project.
