The video uses 1.1/2 yards of 54 inch wide tulle. You can use only 1 yard but the veil won't be as full if you are putting this onto a headband or crown.
Yes, this veil can be added to a crown. Simply make the veil the same way and then attach it to the lower edge of the crown (not under the crown which will raise the crown up....attach the veil to the lower edge of the crown)
We double checked the video manager and it IS set for closed captioning. We have sent off a note to TH-cam on this and hope they can correct the problem on their end. And, yes, we know deaf sewers exist for we have many customers with this challenge.

OK question - how much yardage - is one yard enough? Too much? I bought some tulle and I am wanting to make a veil.
