I have the Zosi H-265 when I make a backup copy on a USB, when I see the AVI image, it is shown as if it had been recorded with a cell phone in a vertical position, what should I do? ? it does not come out in HD format thanks

My zosi dvr is not working. When I connect the power, there is sound beep and power light at the front ON red light. But not connec to tv. Please help. Thanks
How did you find the adjustment on the camera? I had the same cameras as you but when turning the ball/lens it was tight when I managed to move them three rubber pieces fell out of them and the lens just flopped about so sent them back and exchanged them for bullet type cameras,
Hi Ray, I've been using this setup for a while now and was planning on doing a follow up vid about a couple of things. One of them was the same as you have experienced. A small rubber tube is all that stops the cameras rotating, if it falls out the camera rotates (twisted by the tension in the wire), I've ended up using some Blutac to hold mine.... not very impressed. Hi Kevin 😁. I do keep meaning to do a re-visit video... but work keeps getting in the way 😂🤣. System is still functioning fine and hasn't let me down at all. The software is a bit "clunky", so when you are trying to review any footage it's a bit tricky to find specific times etc. But the video is all there... you just have to sit and watch it. Hi Danish. The physical cameras have a fixed lense so no optical zoom is possible. I assume there is a digital zoom in the software but I have never needed to use it. Obviously you could always use some post processing on the recorded video but you would loose some definition when you zoom in. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching 😁👍
Had this setup not even a year. Waste of money. The computer screen never stays on the 4 camera mode, every couple days you have to change it back. And now 3 of the 4 cameras are stuck in night mode all the time.
😁 Mine is still working ok after 4 years, but I do agree the software is very "clunky" compared to what you can get now. I did have one camera fail but I think that was partially my fault (I dropped it 😆). I think you can get much better systems now for a better price. But when I got this it was quite good value. I will probably upgrade mine soon 😁. Thanks for watching 😁 👍
Hi Demot. Thanks for the comment 😁. I ordered the additional cables from Amazon as well (very convienient). As far as storage goes it all depends how you set up what and when you record !!. Mine has just been continually recording since I set it up (8 months ago) and I think it just continues to roll over (I.e. records over the oldest entry). I hope that helps 😁. @@demot0connor2 hi Demot. The extension cables look as though a generic BNC cable would work fine in conjunction with a basic power lead. So I would suspect a non Zosi lead would work fine (I assume the BNC lead would need some sheilding). You could even make your own if you can. But Amazon always has the quick answer 😁. Night vision is quite impressive (and has auto switching to enable the ir lamps around the camera). My main critisisum is the playback component of the software.. in my opinion it is poorly executed and the software could be more robust (purely my opinion). But it will do the job. Hi Angel 😁. Sorry but I don't think I can help you much 🙁. But it sounds like your hard drive may not be formatted correctly 🤔. See if you can find Format hdd in your menus and give that a try. I hope you have some luck 😁👍
