    Well done the pedal on the dozer Its called a (de-acceleratror)
    It does help to be an operator and a truck driver, I just use handle of binder to clean off spot on track for chain hook instead of a bar
    Nice job

    You should do a video about the chains and binders you use. Like the sizes of chains and binders. Working load limits and how much securement you carry as well as safety flags.

      Here in VA I use 1/2" chains and 1/2" binders. Got 4) 20' 1/2" chains and 4) 5' 1/2" chains with 8) 1/2" binders.
      Remember you can never get in trouble for having to many binders and chains.

    • @Grtruckingdemolitionllc
      @Grtruckingdemolitionllc  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      the proper way is to secure the blade. But you know how it is. Everyone does their own thing when hauling

  • @thomasdrennan6001
    @thomasdrennan6001 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You should always cross the chain on the back and on the blade I would go through the d ring and hook it kind short

    • @Grtruckingdemolitionllc
      @Grtruckingdemolitionllc  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That could work to, there’s different ways I secure dozers. Sometimes I use 2 small 5ft chains on the blade one pulling each corner in.

    • @theguyinmaine
      @theguyinmaine 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The Military made me cross chain a 53 million dollar jet engines when I took it to Boing. I didn't want to, but, had no choice. When I got to Boing, they were pissed. I told them I had no choice. He went in and got a printout of chaining and engine properly, "just like I wanted to chain it" he said, give them that next time, if it's not chained like that, tell them don't send it. I don't like cross chain.

    There’s a REASON you see on all new RGN trailers “DO NOT SIDE UNLOAD”! Look at all the damage to the top of the side rails on your trailer.

      it is in Alabama, seen so many dozers sitting on flatbeds at weigh stations out back. Yes, flatbeds. They think they got a good paying load till they get stopped. Amber light permit in Alabama too. Weather it works or not, loaded or empty. you better have it.

    So i have watched a few Videos and i am ashamed how you safe your Loads. I mean i am from Germany, i don`t know if it is right in your Country, but in Germany or Europe at all you cant`t safe your Bulldozer like that. You never should safe your Doze on the tracks, every construction equipment has it`s exact spots where you can put your chains on to secure it, but you never secure it on the tracks, because everyone who workes with Dozers or Excavators knows that these tracks sometimes come lose or off, so they are no propert point to secure your load.
    At least in Germany it is like this, but i would recommend you to look for the right spot on the construction equipment to secure it. Just a little tip from Germany 🤙
