I grew up in a small town in Virginia. My father looks literally just like Morgan freeman. My mother is so white she glows at night. There were literally 2 1/2 black people in my high school. I will tell you this. Being mixed is not easy. I was too white for the blacks and too black for the whites. I faced racism from both sides. The outcasts such as skaters and metalheads accepted me for who i was. Think on that for a bit.

As a mixed race person (European African) with even more mixed race children (100% European father) and a granddaughter who is even more mixed including Asian(1/2 Japanese) from her mother, I absolutely believe that we’ve produced a superior child. She is already much taller and more intelligent at 20 months than the scale and startlingly beautiful.
I think it's probably healthiest to have genetic diversity. I am white but most people guess other things. However, my genes are from about 11 different European countries so that is good:)
Being born and raised in the UK, growing up during the 1980s I remember many of my mixed race classmates being referred to as half cast. In France 🇫🇷 they’re called mulato which is similar to what they were called historically. I have a Greek friend who is mixed, Greek mother and Central African Congolese father. She told me her mother was the first to marry a black man and faced a lot discrimination.

The truth is isolated populations do get weaker over time.. I can infer this from growing plants.. over a few generations, self fertile varieties lose vigour and end up being more susceptible to pests and diseases.. it's exactly the same in humans, this is nature standard model of heath and vitality. My genetic family were very isolated for so long.. thousands of years.. there was inbreeding due to the sheer isolation up in NW Scotland as near as 200 years ago, and in that side of the family, it is rife with mental and physical defects... I didn't inherit any of those simply because my mother migrated to England, and got together with a man from Wales (who similarly lived in isolated conditions in NW Wales), but the bringing together of even two slightly different genetic pools, meant my health was better than my ancestors before me. Now I have the opportunity to better that, as it's possible my children will be vastly genetically different again, as I'm together with someone from another continent. So yes, I do believe even the smallest amount of mixing can be beneficial to health.. but it's still a lottery as to which genes get distributed where.
If the health effects from being mixed race are strongest in the first generation than it's not viable in the long term to continue mixing in one direction for any meaningful number of time. Too get the most health benefits from doing something like this we might need gene testing or something genetic matching to determine the best partners for us to choose from. The only other option is to get first generation mixed race people, from from two genetically distinct populations too donate their genes, so that genes that make them so robust can be distributed across the entire population somehow.
Outbreeding is always better for the species than inbreeding. Anecdotal observation but the Indian/white mix really does produce some incredibly beautiful human beings. I know several and it is true for each one, one even modelled for DandG
You didn't know that about Caucasians! Anglo Europeans were at a stage of distinction before and Asians were the ones that saved their race along with their inter breeding.
The odd person around filled with superstitous notions sometimes sees being mixed race that only as being detrimental at best of scary and demonic. I like to avoid that kind of person best as I can. That would only be to my advantage and will be an advantage for my children oo.

“Plain of Kansas”in British accent made it sound soo exotic. 😂😂
The Morrocans, modern Egyptians and Arabs are mixed race people that have continued to breed with other mixed people like themselves.
Cousin marriage is very prevelant in this culture. How do you think that plays a role in having strong genes?

Wow! Thanks for sharing this documentary. Very insightful. That’s awesome the data that shows mixing of races reduces the spread of diseases. ☮️
Mixed race doesn't makes you better in no form or fashion. Health and environmental factors playa a crucial part.
