mostly there was something between two inside screens. or put this inside pocket without closing the phone.
It's a known issue. This phone is defective. Samsung will not fix unless under a year. Don't buy this phone. I have two. Never again.
don't had mine 1 week and screen has broken already, had hard protection case and screen protector.
@@foundnotlost Did you drop it? how did it break? Mine broke bc it was dropped while it was opened. Glass is OK b ut the touch digitizer is ruined. then screen went black. Thank God I bought insurance. Got it covered.
