What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video I am presenting to you my ULTIMATE END GAME Power Armor Pepper Shaker Build Guide! The weapon I am using is the Two Shot Pepper Shaker. In Fallout 76 this have been the best and my favorite heavy gun. SO with that being said I decided to make a definitive End game Full Health Pepper Shaker heavy gunner tank build for it. In this Fallout 76 gameplay we review EVERYTHING! I show you my Build which includes all my Base stats, Legendary Perk Cards and Normal Perk card. I also go over the Pepper Shaker its self with of course its mods and how to obtain. I personally think this is one of the strongest builds you can make in Fallout 76 and it also stops anything in its tracks. Including the Scorch Beast Queen. What a great gun the Pepper Shaker is. Definitely one of the best to use for crippling. Especially on bosses

@@SurfNturfz The Scorchbeast Queen though is the easiest one to cripple. Specifically if you target the wings with a Quad/Bloodied 50% extra limb damage Pepper Shaker

I like and prefer full health builds. But using this at low health seems to be the only way to efficiently use this weapon. I have a Q2515r and crippling seems to be the only thing going for it. The damage is decent.
Update: I switched to an AA2515r and the damage is a hell of a lot better. I hope it gets a prime receiver. 🤞🏻

Question: since the pepper shaker fires like a shotgun, doesn't that mean the 2 shot legendary affect doesn't do much? Like if the base DMG is 5 shots at 10 dmng, it would just give you 6 shots instead of ten?
yeah kinda just adds an additional projectile or two. not worth it but if you want something real flashy go for a TSFFR with plasma barrel
