I never understood why people criticize when musicians have more than one band. Maynard James Keenan is in Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer, and nobody complains about that. Sometimes, musicians just wants to branch off and create different styles of music, and there's nothing wrong with that.
David Martinez Kennedy has more of an old school style, he does have a strong vocal range. I think that makes him a bit more influential and mesmerising vocal performer.
SOOO much great stuff from Stone Sour so my best suggestion with them is to just dive in and just binge on it because it's such a great and meaningful side of Corey plus the rest of the band. Trust me, after an hour of delving in, you won't be disappointed at all

If you think about it, the video fits the song perfectly. It seems that the male (Corey) was all too willing and even playful when the woman seemed to be torturing him. This seems like a Sadomasochistic relationship, where both enjoy to feel and be in pain. The story began with an arranged pickup and the woman would commence the torture. The only difference is that the woman is caught off guard at the end because she didn't know that the man had it in him to give her the same treatment that she had given him for so long. They both enjoy the pain of their relationship and know that, regardless of anything else, they will always belong to each other in one way or another. The phrase, "Say you'll haunt me," would be in response to the scars from the relationship. "Say you'll never die," references the same thing, and that they'll always be together until both of them die, physically. That, ladies and gentlemen, is what I saw.

He is then lead upstairs to be strapped into a chair and interrogated by a woman (Joanna Moskawa) who seems to have an aggression towards him. As this is happening, ghostly images of the band perform in front of each member, the video also features these images solo inside an abandoned warehouse including Taylor. Taylor is then blindfolded and then a weird screen is brought out. Corey then walks into the room from the shadows, with a shaved head, wearing a suit and sunglasses. He takes the sunglasses off and then the blindfold is removed, revealing the woman from before. At the end of the solo and the final "everything to" shaved Corey presses the button and the other Corey is then seen singing on the screen. The lady panics from this sight and the rest of the band have smiles on their faces. At the end of the video the band leaves the lady tied. Right before it fades to black, the screen says "What did you see?" This was part of a contest that the band held to see the concept of the video, which had a code which read "I am you" which explains the fact Corey was replaced with the woman. I don't know as much about singers and bands as you all seem to, but I really like that this video, while having nothing to do with the song, is still somehow perfect for this song. We all have that side or sides of us most people never see, maybe only a few close to us do. I can't think of another video that ever came close to actually showing that like this.
