    This is the life of customer service.. people who never been through this work experience had no idea what we had to face . Most difficult job I would say.

      Customer service can be serving retail business or general public. If u are talking about the general public wan then yes ~ u face ppl from all walks of life....ppl who can call u without knowing wad they are calling u for, calling u to vent their anger or even worse...calling u to exploit u by playing ur emotions. It's not an ez industry but not the most difficult job. Try being a chef, u are lucky if u get proper training coz most of the time u are alrdy thrown into hell on ur first day of work...u get shouted, screamed, abused wif all the colourful words and u find urself getting ill-treated everyday by those above you, even worse u only get pain peanuts and u hav very limited social time wif ur family or friends coz u are working public holidays and weekends, even on ur birthday....is very unmerciful...every job has its difficulties but the truly difficult ones i see are jobs tat take away ur social time and put ur life at risk. Then again ppl's perspective of difficult jobs differ....

    Customer svc dont knw what they are doing.. They dont have answer to protocol qns... Like i asked them.. How come im not eligible for the extra $2.50 for hari raya special(im a grabdriver)
    They replied oh we cant disclosed the reasons.
    I mean if i did wrong at my job which is only delivering food. I can improve so in future i might get this opportunity. My acceptance rate is 100percent..

    Customer service can be very good but.. The riders can be faulty e.g: Wrong order, late order, spilled order. Rider almost knock down pedestrian, knock down another grab driver. If customer problem, how? Change or ban customer.. 😂

    I get charge everytime for cancellation of my booking when the grab driver himself cannot come to my destination n tells me to cancel my booking.This is not fair.Grab everytime decides it is always right n charge customers for cancellation of the time.Tell me. When Grab has ever atmitted it has been Wrong for cancellation by customers kchew

    6400 complain..per day..if he need 300 staff to handle..all the complain...and fix it...looks like he only hv 30 staff...Hahaha so it is a place where complains goes to die ! So correct !

    Grab are pro-customer and are 1 sided, protect on customer interest. Only know how to take 20% commission & on top of that, we drivers have to bear the 1% GST. Abit abit, driver suspension. Grab never pay for rental, petrol, but they treat drivers like toilet paper. The best advice to all drivers, upon completion of your lease contract, start finding proper full time job with CPF contribution. For those drivers with outstanding 10 to 30 years Mortgage loan, own self top up CPF really not worth it.. Recession is coming soon. The choice is yours. Think.
