    Hi Erick. Thx for your vdo😊 I like the idea of having a calendar written on a post-it note attached to a project... I'm wondering if I should buy a set of crystal stamps where there are different calendars (e.g. with 1st day starting on a Tuesday or Saturday ) This way I wouldn't need to write the calendar by hand 😅

    Thank you Erick for the detailed review! Really appreciate your work, also showing how you managed projects. Do you by any chance know that half letter size paper would fit in the Plotter A5 ring? I know it's meant for A5 (8.3" H), but I was hoping that the krause ring can handle half letter size (which is 8.5"H to be exact). I usually make my own insert from the US letter size paper just by folding it in half. With such a tiny ring 11mm I am a bit concerned that it would not be smooth when flipping through.
    Also, for ultra flexibility, I usually cut slits on the holes so I can move them around without opening the rings. I am a bit concerned about doing this with such tiny ring 11mm, while reaching its capacity would pages (with cut slits) fall out because the planner is so full? Would appreciate any feedback that you might have. Thanks again for such a great review!

      HI Karen! Thank you so much for watching. And I do apologize I took so long in responding. I just grabbed a normal letter size page and folded it in half to test out. It does seem to work and fit. The paper does not extend beyond the leather cover but the pages that would be immediately close to the rings would definitely get a bit bent at the edges.
      I think your slit idea should be okay. The rings are not huge but I don't think I picture your pages falling out. The Plotter is definitely made so you can move pages in and out of it often so the slit idea should probably be incorporated! :)
      I am not sure how full of a planner you think you may have but the rings don't allow you to do too many. I haven't counted my current pages but I can tell it's getting a bit tight and sometimes the pages aren't flipping through smoothly. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Luckily I had an amazing person help me get one from Japan as they won't ship anything to the UK. I just wish they'd change that policy as Plotter really are superb. The whole system makes you carry the thinnest notebook, yet you still have around 80 pages which is loads. The project management folders are superb. I'd love an A5 now I've used the Bible size for a while. 🙂👍🏻

      @_erickgama_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Glad you got one to you! I agree, the system is fantastic. You will love an A5 once you get your hands on it. I don’t think I’d be able to go down in size

    Hello. Enjoyed your video. I’m a bit late to the Plotter Party … they are so intriguing-very sleek and stylish. One of the main attractions is its slim, minimal aesthetic. Unfortunately, that’s also my main concern. Isn’t the space limitation frustrating?
    The dry erase insert is kind of cool and I can see how it would assist with the space limitation.
    Looking forward to hearing more before I jump into the Plotter pool. TFS ☮️

    • @_erickgama_
      @_erickgama_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you so much for watching! I personally don’t think the space limitation is frustrating simply because I migrate things out of my Plotter once I no longer need to access them. For the pages I know I will never reference I recycle them. But if you know you will need to reference them then Plotter does have their handy archival system! I would suggest numbering all your pages and keeping tabs and perhaps an index to make the system work beyond the slim Plotter. What do you think? I would love to bounce ideas back and forth

    Can u do a vid and explain how u bubble off the task it seems u bubble it four times before u give it a check off and I’m confused why u bubble it in four times before the check of the task

    • @_erickgama_
      @_erickgama_  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For sure! It’s actually my progress within that task. So for the “quotes” section, for example, if have most of my quotes then maybe I bubble two squares. If I have just one or two quotes that are missing, then I will continue and bubble the third. Once I make sure I have all my quotes then I check the whole thing off. This signals my brain that I don’t need to request any quotes and I should have everything. But I’ll make a video :)
