    You are so right.
    Individual bad days should not distract us from our daily activities designed to make us feel better, i.e., all those habits already planned with psycho-physical healing goals, which allow us to heal ourselves and let our potential arise.
    I discovered my method through meditation and I have to carry it forward. Sometimes life brings us to some interruptions, especially when there are difficult times to overcome as has already happened to me.
