    Your videos are informative and easy to comprehend. It is helping me to get thorough with the bioinformatics knowledge. I have a question: as you mentioned about the repeated sequence (denoted by either small letter or N). We see it in the sequence but how to know untill when the sequence is repeated?

      Thank you ... so if you want a repeat annotation and their exact location in sequence, you can use RepeatMasker - www.repeatmasker.org/

      Hi ... if you look at the video at 5minutes and 12 seconds ... you will notice there is a save project option in the main option menu, there is also a print option ... also if you want to put on slides or for print ... the best way may be to take screenshot and saving it ... I hope this solves your query
