Owls definitely know how to conserve energy 😴😴😴😴😴
Excellent explanation! I didn’t find any material as clear as this. I'm writing from Brazil! You gained a subscriber!
Welcome aboard!
Thank u so much sir, I was funding a course on R for the past 1 year. After watching your videos, I have learnt a lot, and realizing I am now on right place, Inshallah I will watch a learn all videos, Thanks u Sir
You are most welcome
Excellent work. thank you so much for sharing
My pleasure
Oh so beautiful ❤️❤️
Sir , how to do the third exercise mentioned at the start of the video using UCSC genome browser ? I was going through your bioinformatics videos ..I haven't completed the entire playlist but I am stuck in exercise 3.
Hi Amrpali - check the UCSC Genome Browser lecture - th-cam.com/video/C3ThlqCLyA4/w-d-xo.html Lecture 2 in the series
Highly informative
Glad it was helpful!
Sir than you very much.... It's very helpful...
Most welcome
Vipin, that was a quick one. love the less than a min tips. god bless. joseph
Glad it was helpful!
Informative...i have thirst for R and NGS analysis
how to contact you?
mail me at vipin.singh.cu@gmail.com

Bottle brush !
Your videos are informative and easy to comprehend. It is helping me to get thorough with the bioinformatics knowledge. I have a question: as you mentioned about the repeated sequence (denoted by either small letter or N). We see it in the sequence but how to know untill when the sequence is repeated?
Thank you ... so if you want a repeat annotation and their exact location in sequence, you can use RepeatMasker - www.repeatmasker.org/ Will post a short tutorial on this soon !
@@classroom_vipin thank you so much!
I saw only once, very beautiful bird
Good to introduce
Price
😅
😂😂
I uploaded multifiles then how to access all these files using a loop
Try using glob and loop
TH-cam did not suggest video like this before
Well ... that's because people do not comment or share enough ! Do share with you colleagues !
Thank you so much sir😊🙏
Sir very clear explanation, can you also explain how to design primer for chip qpcr.
Ok soon
Nice capture!
Thank you very much!
Nice audio! Clean and crisp message! Well-made, attractive, good, energetic video.
Much appreciated!
Very good! We have a sincere and a highly committed teacher in Dr. Vipin! ❤
Very helpful sir!
Glad it was helpful! do share with your colleagues
Good❤❤❤niceparrot
Thanks
Sir I have to do insilico pcr for Dengue virus .So, how can i get it as there is no option for dengue virus genome?
Hi ... there is a UCSC Genome Browser for Prokaryotes as well ... unfortunately it does not have the sequence for Dengue virus ... so may not be possible - however, since prokaryotes are small genomes with low repeat content and single copy genes - if you design a primer pair of18 bases or more it should be specific unless of course you design it to a repeat sequence
Thank you. You explain it very clearly.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thank you, Sir, for your clear explanation of the reverse complementation. But I am confused. How do we determine a DNA strand as either + or - (plus or negative) strand? What is the reference to it?
For this you have to understand how a DNA is generally sequenced - Most Sequencing technologies use DNA polymerase and Forward and reverse primers to sequence the fragment from both ends - the sequence coming from the forward primer is considered plus - check out my Sanger sequencing video in the channel also NGS play list
But how to upload excel file permanently?
On google colab, you cannot ... remember you are on google server ... the file will be there only for the session
you could have provided these excel sheet as materials for practice.. But great video indeed
Thank you!
Thank you
You're welcome
this helps alot, thank you
Glad it helped!
👍
Very nicely explained Sir. If we do not mask the repeats then also it will be shown in the DNA sequence ?
Yess! Then it will be shown as a regular sequence I.e. you won’t be able to discriminate between what’s a repeat sequence and what’s not !
Thank you professor. You deserve more views. Great content. Could you please do a video on types of data structure of bioconductor packages.
Sure I will
Whoa, I thought the sun was moving horizontally before I realized the moving car.
That's so cool!!
Loved it!!!!
Good tutorial. Only the fonts of terminal was too small to see. Would be great if you enlarge your font size.
Noted
creative ❤
Sir, Thanks for sharing its highly informative
Most welcome
Hi sir in my laptop I am not getting file ,edit option what I have do sir
