I'm not sure how she did it but hete ate 3 ways to consider
Attach with a 160 or 260, attach to the nipple of the balloons or just twist the cluster into the garland, and of course you can also connect with fishline or a rubber band.

Looks great but how do you attach the small clusters of three is it with the 260 or do you just basically push them in to the garland
