I love it!! My creative juices are flowing and I thought how about I would do a balloon column instead with 2 sets of quads at top and bottom and add a stuff balloon with a plush in it to set on top of column.

i love this so much i have an upcoming event where i will be recreating this, as inspiration of you !!! i also have a very quick question, i have the same backdrop curtains as you ! but i find it very difficult to steam it once i took it out the package. any recommendations ?

The thing I'm nervous about is making the bottom of the garland look good ... Can you please explain how to make the bottom look so good I've watched it slowed down but just can't work out what your doing!
Thank you for subscribing! I usually have a shape in my head and I use that to design the balloons. Can you practice before the baby shower? That’s how I learned.

Thank you! It depends on the event. Most times, I blow up the balloons 1-2 days before the event.
Your work is absolutely beautiful!!! Questions??? Is quality of the balloons cheap??? I notice they are very inexpensive from balloons online, I was just wondering if they would hold up (not lose their color or deflate) for an outside event!!!
I haven’t had any issues with this brand of balloons. I use them indoors and outdoors.

That would depend on the client’s preferences and their budget.

Awww! Are you pregnant?! If so, congratulations!
You could do balloon topiaries as a centerpiece. You use the same colors as the balloon garland. Here’s a tutorial on that - th-cam.com/video/EzoXKz612gc/w-d-xo.html.
For the tablecloths and chair covers, you could do white. Maybe add blue napkins and other teddy bear items to the table. You could even put small teddy bears next to the balloon topiary centerpiece.
Other ideas include:
1) Candles
2) Baby blocks
3) Floral arrangement with blue flowers
If it were my baby shower, I would definitely incorporate teddy bears into the centerpiece.

I put the balloons in bags and then transport them (in a UHaul) to my event. After I get to the event, I finish creating the balloon garland. Here’s one of my setup videos so you can see -

I’m planning to attempt this for my shower. How long can this garland last? I’m trying to figure out how far in advance can I prepare it. (The night before, a day or two before, etc)
Balloon garlands can last for weeks, depending on the type of balloons you use. I put the links in the description for the balloons I used.

You can get some sheer curtains instead. These are usually less expensive.

He’s sitting on a pedestal. I laid his back against the balloon garland for support.

What length was the garland once complete ? Was it 20’ total since the stand was 10x10?
This was about 7ft wide and 8ft tall. So 15ft in total.
I really want a teddy bear themed baby shower but with a twist! I want it to be not include either blue or pink. I want it as neutral as possible. So seeing this really helped a lot especially because I plan on decorating all by myself 😭😭
I love the neutral colors! You can use brown and tan. That will look nice!

I use 260q balloons to create the balloon garland and to add my smaller balloons. To create the garland, I used about 3-5 of the 260q balloon. I’m not sure how many I used to add my smaller balloons. But one pack (of 50) should be good enough.

Are you asking what kind of string to use to make the garland? If so, I use 260q balloons. It does matter what you use because it can pop the balloons.
