- Watch this gorgeous creation come to life in this outdoor setup with me video. We are using a boxwood greenery wall, about 50 feet of balloon garland, a decorative cart, and an absolute ton of florals to create this gorgeous balloon creation for the ages.

I am said husband from the video and I tell you the balloon display was a HUGE SUCCESS both in terms of beauty for the day and also turning a lovely, potentially generic, get-together into something truly one of a kind and special for my wife on her birthday! Huge thanks to Rachel!!
Oh, and she references a disaster on the day, well, Rachel was such a pro that she turned the ‘disaster’ into some of the best photos of the event!

Wow!! I love seeing how this all came together. It’s looks like a speed balloon creation but I know you were working on that creation for hours the night before and morning of.
It turned out to be way more than I expected and I received so many compliments from my friends and family. It was the absolute perfect backdrop to create the vibe I wanted for my 30th Birthday.
I am so grateful you were able to come down and put all this together. Girl we texted back and forth so many ideas and this final look was spectacular!

Oh my god your hand!!! I made a much smaller setup this weekend and at some point I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, my left hand fingers didn't respond, I cut one of my fingers and I was stainning the balloons, I had a pretty hard moment. Luckily I managed to finish it successfully. And yes, I'm a rookie 😂

Hey Deb! We used clips to hold the fabric up, and the hbd sign I used fishing line and looped it through the greenery wall!

Hehe thank you so much! Welcome! I never got to make the video of what happened but essentially it was too windy outside and we didn’t secure the stand accordingly and it toppled over 😫 thankfully the client was the sweetest and had already gotten LOADS of pics but it was my worst nightmare.

Hey Sam! Thanks so much! Totally depends on the market and how much of it I was doing/providing. With the florals and all that jazz, I'd probably charge about $25+ a foot, not counting any backdrops, etc. plus delivery and install. (This was 40+ feet) I do have a couple videos that go into detail on pricing if it's helpful!

Hey there! Thank you! As I learned the hard way the day of this creation, it is NOT wind proof. A lot of that was probably the greenery to be honest. Possibly with sandbags it would’ve done better? 🫣

How long did it take you to create this ? From blowing up the balloons to setting up?
