TK-12 Revitalizer by TK Products. We were in the same situation here in NY. I did a very similar process to what is shown in the video. If you don't need to reseal but just want to renew the existing sealer, try out TK-12, we were amazed.
I have a stamp porch with a cloudy Coating. Did you put Xylene in your coating can to help convert the little bit of cloudiness to clear when you rolled it on or did you use it as is from the can without xylene?

Did you use xylene before power washing with water? Or you were power washing with xylene ?
