that great thinks to do that like that
bet that keep every think warm
I am picking up my bus in 2 weeks. Your videos are the best. One thing I think would be helpful: telling the thickness of all the wood you are using. GOOD JOB!
I should have said something in the video but I try tag all the products I use below. I think the plywood for the box was 23/32. :) Good luck on the build!
I can’t even tell you how helpful you have been! Thank you thank you thank you!!
You didn’t have to buy more wood because your dad planned that when he ‘miscut’ the subfloor. 😆 Perspective....Ijs. Love your videos btw. You keep it real, mistakes and all. Thank you. I drove my bus home 4 days ago and parked it in my dads yard. I’m looking forward to this build and your videos have been super helpful!
E Grimm that is very exciting! Tag us in any post your do if your bus on Instagram!
how high are typical wheel wells roughly?
Not exactly sure. Between 1 and 2 feet I think.
My family and I are currently renovating our skoolie. This was super helpful!!!! Thank you for the awesome instructions and great video!
You are welcome! Keep up the good work!
Thank YOU!!!
Thank for the great videos, very helpful. I got my 2002, Thoms Freightliner in July and conversion is well underway.
anyone else think of the same thing as me about that insulation? lol
1:29 you gave me huge anxiety with how close your hand was to the blade😂
Good job! You make it look easy but it isn’t lol.
Nice job brother. Have you used the insulation long term before? I am not familiar with it but like how you used it yourself. I am worried it will break down and compress itself, leaving an air pocket. Especially above the wheel well since that’s what absorbs most of the bumps. Thanks for any insight you can give me on the material.
john challenger I am sure it’s high quality. When I say “break down”, I am worried it will compact itself, leaving an air pocket. I would think gravity alone would pull it down and one would need to constantly have to add more. In a house that sits still, maybe not so much. Do you have to keep adding more throughout the years? To clarify, if it is sitting on the floor of the attic, I would think it was fine. But using it to “fill in” a box or wall, I am worry I will have future issues and would cost me a bunch in the long run. Thx
john challenger Bounce up and down, hmmm. That info does help. That might not be so bad. I’m going to look further and do more research. Thank you John!
I haven't used it before! I'll make sure to update you once we have driven it around for a while. I figure the worst that can happen is that I'll have to pop the top off and refill it once or twice. It packed in pretty nice and it only cost $10 a bag. (it only took 2 bags to do all the wheels)
ColaVentures Thx buddy.
Literally first
