Been following these ladies for quite a few years now, and calling it like I see it. This is one of Maiden's most difficult songs to play, especially on Bass and Vox, and these girls kill it. Endurance players will understand what I mean here. You have to be an absolute beast at fingerpick bass to maintain this song for the full duration. There are some minor errors (mostly in pedal switching) on the solo sections during the bridge, but they nail this song. Very very well done.
They have done this well..one of maidens songs I love playing..learnt to play it by ear before tabs were out...also the interlude...adrian uses his hand edge to get the violin sounds with the volume knobs..its hard to do but practise,and I eventually got it...I see courtney cheating and using hammer ons lol..whatever works I guess...she has same style as Dave and does most of his solos and Laura does seem to be a lot like adrian in style...as to the errors you piont out...you play live?...hmmm

Being a lead guitarist, I absolutely love Courtney Cox & the ease and passion she plays with. Hope they have a bright future (and that Courtney reads this :P)

Sorry but the drums are sloppy as heck and not played right at the 30 second mark,deffo more rehearsal needed for this number,however I;ve seen them play other songs by Miaden much better,
Thats why women should never play metal ,they look awkward standing like statues instead of getting into the feel of the music ,the drummers timing is all over the place and the singer needs to learn stage persona

thats because when it was written iron maiden only had 2 guitars, the three guitars didnt happen until the late 90's.
