To me, he looks imbalanced. He needs to beef up his shoulders to make his waist smaller and his upper body more proportionate with his lower body. Has potential though.

People with terrible genetics sometimes don't even look like they workout even on high dose steroids. We see that in gyms a lot, people taking tons of steroids and still failing to get results in terms of muscle mass and strength, or very little at least. This guy Neckzilla is like the next mass monster, complete beast. He was like over 300 pounds ripped when working out with Larry Wheels.
