Thanks for the recipe, this is the fluffiest cupcake I have tried, and I have tried bunch of them haha. It's soft and light and perfect, also delicious, it has the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much (I hate when cupcakes are extremely sweet), with this one you can add the frosting and it will be ok, just follow the recipe. :)

My grandmother used a similar recipe for waffles and they were the lightest fluffiest waffles I've ever had. You're probably asking by now how come I haven't duplicated her effort. Well, believe me when I say I've tried. I think I'll try this recipe and instead of cooking cupcakes I'll cook waffles.

Next time you can add a bit more batter to each one, it will raise like a dome shape after baked, a proper cupcake should raise a bit over the cupcake paper tin
Cake perfectly good but I will try this cake small stickcking and I using sugar powder and sugar granules mix it is wrong method pls give explain what is my mistakes??.. Ur super Baker.. 🙏
Sometimes is a bit uncooked, or still traps moisture inside, causing that sticky texture. you can try to bake and switch on the fan to bake another 3-5 minutes in middle rack. after the cake are done, sit in the oven for at least 15 minutes and let the cake sit on wire rack until totally cake.

20 corn oil
25 g milk
6g vanilla
50 g Flour
...eggwhite + 60g sugar +cream of tartar :mix
50% with cacao

Is there an alternative for cream of tartar
No problem. You can use 1/2 tsp of lemon/lime or white vinegar instead of 1/4 tsp cream of tartar.

Generally they beat 2 or 3 minutes the sugar with the eggs until the batter doubles its volume. You didn't do like that. Is there any reason ?
