  • Hi. Always just trying new things and was scared to try-not because of injury to myself-I didn’t want to damage my camera. Haha.
So much fun and will give some alternate perspectives in my videos. Shout out to ‪@downhill254skate‬ for the inspiration and the volumes of knowledge so grateful he has shared. Thank you so much.

Nice slide ! Try get your back knee closer to your front leg. It may help shifting your weight to the front then become lighter on your slide glove.

Thank you. Yes, agree on back knee to front leg. Also, working on repetition to be closer to the board and consistent weight distribution.

@@cantskate5535 Maybe you can't move further because you feel better with your full sole touching the grip. But it's better having the side of your shoe kind of hooking the rail of your skatedeck. Soon you'll be more and more aware of weight distribution anyway it happens to everyone to be too heavy on backfoot resulting on slide denied.

@@clemssierbaument9025 thanks and I do agree. Working on feeling pressure of big toe/side of inner sole to back leg; this should help with folding my back leg closer to front as well as better true balance/control on the board. Working on getting comfy in this position-I know i can periodically, but not consistently.
