    Yes!!!!! Before I was sick I was able to tell what time it was during the day without looking at the clock. Now it feels like morning during the afternoon at times. My time perception is way off. And it’s like time is going super fast in the big picture but in the moment it’s so long. I get so bored on the days I’m sitting around but if I try to force myself to do something I get heavier symptoms. I need to redirect those thoughts that tell me rest isn’t progress. I was not raised to stop doing and just be.

    Great video, every time I "crash" or have tough time it feels so slow, like life is in slow motion, its made so much worse by wanting to just fast forward to when I'm better.
    Also trying to explain to friends and family why i was able to do something last week but then disappear for the next few months or longer complaining of some mysterious chronic illness with lots of letters in the name.
    Its puts me in a tough mindset as well because I don't want to catastrophise the explanation to them and make my fear worse, when I'm telling myself things like, "oh its just a sensitive nervous system giving me sensations in the body" - but then at the same time i want my friends and family to actually know its hell, where I feel like its battle for middle earth going on inside my body.
    It would be cool to see you do a video about this, something we can share to our loved ones that can explain what we go through. 😀

    What is the price of the course?

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In terms of the cost, it really depends on access to me and I have to see if we can even help you first. I always recommend going through the questionnaire and if you qualify, booking a strategy call to see if you're a good fit for the program! www.cfsrecovery.co/apply. Looking forward to connecting with you!

    I only just realised that if a person sleeps for 8 hours in a 24 hour period then they are awake for 16 hours in that period. What!? my timings in sleep and wake are currently very unbalanced.🕜🕓🕣Upon relection, when I was in long-term trauma, physically better, but mentally in fight/flight/fawn/freeze mode, I only got 4 hours of sleep and then was awake for 20 hours! for atleast 3 years of high school. Gosh, no wonder I couldn't fully rest, I was in survival mode for years!
