Congratulations on beating the conditions and the course, and fulfilling your goal after the setback you suffered before.
Very proud of you, I did check the times the day after and was so pleased you got to T2a in sub 11 but gutted for you about the high course. I have bought a bike because of you and still getting used to it but hopefully I can get to a triathlon soon, just need to spend more time in the pool

Excellent result! Too bad about the closure of the high course. I did the race in 2015 missed T2a cutoff so "only" white T-shirt then back again for more suffering in 2016 when I finally completed the high course.
That were dynamite viewing, great to see the team work and camaraderie from everyone helping each other out. I’ll be watching when the red Tshirt is won. norseman prep LFG 💪🏼

Just caught the Celtman podcast brilliant insight,ignore the nay sayers,people that brand themselves as triathletes rather than "Im a person who partakes in triathlons" will have a limited mindset and be restricting their potential. You should be f#cking proud
I have my first marathon on Saturday and the furthest I’ve gone is a half marathon one time on my own and struggled. What advice to you give for pushing through the pain cave and completing a +20 mile race
