Thanks for joining us as always Cory, appreciate the support! I have a secret love for snow camo and this jacket finally gave he the opportunity to pick up something like that!
That ride through forest park looked awesome. Only been through there once but it was on a bike path that zig zagged all through it. Leaves would be treacherous this time of year
Thanks for watching! Yea, that part was fun. Just wish I could’ve enjoyed it more 😂. As for the leaves, I take my time on those and I never turn or stop too abruptly. I treat it like ice lol
At this point I've given up on buying a Zooz. I was gung-ho ona UF 1200, but the site being down since August no longer instills any confidence, and no idea when they get new stock, or if the bikes will be UL certified (something considering what a large NYC presence they have, and how the winds are blowing, should have been a priority). I guess it's a bike from an established brand and I upgrade the necessary parts to get it where I want it. Kinda sad, really wanted a Zooz.
The sites definitely been down for a while. I feel like they went through some type of large scale internal restructuring while they transitioned to a different state. UL is probably something that will happen down the road but these smaller companies can’t pivot as quickly as a huge company like S73. But that’s the sad reality of being in the PEV market during hard times like these when your own government/ market is trying to kill you off. My hope is they survive these times and they used the time away to take care of what they needed to take care of so the they can hit the ground running. There are a lot of us waiting for parts but are making do with third party replacements because they’re easier to come by. Despite all of that, it’s been a great 1000 miles so far and I’ve really enjoyed the bike for the last 4 months. So much so that it’s become my primary form of transportation!
East New York, a new frontier. These are the voyages of the USS Zooz, a 10 mile mission encountering sketchy situations. Discovering new sites, new potholes. To boldly travel new bike lanes that haven’t been traveled before.🤣
I haven’t been to East NY in a mad long time. It’s crazy how you can start to see t the seeds do Gentrification taking root lol. Back then you needed an actual USS Freedom to get around and you’d prolly get jumped for it. Now you’ll get an organic avocado toast thrown at you for non vegan seats on the USS Zooz 😂
There is a trail within Forest Hills park that would have taken you to the other side a bit more safely. At the light you stopped at before entering, there is a trail that would have taken you under the Jackie Robinson and alongside that rode until you would have had to cross over.
Thanks for stopping to watch and thank you for the heads up on that trail! I’ll definitely keep an eye out for that trail next time. That through way was super sketchy 😂

Had to stop editing for my channel when I saw this notification pop up on my screen.

@@eyebahnrides Avocados 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 That would be crazy to see happen and someone yells " His e-bike seat is not vegan"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Excellent video
ENY! MY old neighborhood!
Dude, how long has it been since you’ve been back there? Because it’s crazy how many luxury rentals are going up by the park!

Which commuter scooter is it you want to check out at Fluid Freeride? I’m curious.
Thanks for joining us for the ride! I was thinking of getting something small like a mosquito or a punk so that I can just throw it in the car!
