As you know, Newb, I always love your reviews and this one is no different. I especially like the different camera angles you used to highlight the various parts of the bike. It added a very professional quality to your vlog. Also, I've watched quite a few reviews and Matt Laidlaw and you are the only ones I've seen that actually demonstrated how easy the infotainment & phone connection work. It's no wonder you're the pimp... er... ambassador of Shaws (haha).
Hey, Mr. Shaw, keep this man around. Even though he does beat the crap out of your bikes, he's worth keeping :-)
Undecided between street glide and road king special. Both are nice. Don't care for a radio just want to hear rumbled pipes! Good review!

So.. we are all here watching because we like your honest and refreshing no ego reviews. I would love to see you reviewing some of the second hand Harley's that Shaws have, because lets be honest, the majority of us will be buying private second hand bikes where sometimes a test ride is no possible. Great work again! Come to Australia, and I'll give you one of my Harleys to ride ...

I am glad I have found someone on TH-cam that I can get an idea of how I am going to fit the bike. I am 5ft 8 by the way and I have sat on the street glide before it was a 2013 though. the street glide is my dream Harley. So thanks for the awesome review.
Yeah I do watch his to but I like that i am closer to motonewbrider's height to get a better idea of how the bike will fit me

I’ve been looking at the Street Glide as a touring second bike! I had the Road King Special for a while...bloody loved it. Gotta say I love the bat wing fairing! You’ve sold it to me...just need to get on one myself. Great review buddy 👌
Mazen Ahmed I do intend on doing such things a bit later down the line. My wife’s cousin has an Indian chief and a Yamaha Striker I wanna review...problem is he lives in Australia so am going to have to wait for those ones 😂🤘
Street glides are awesome. The only issue I notice that you pointed out is the handle bars. No one ever keeps the stock handlebars.

I feel the same way about all the chrome ...
Have the exact same bike. Brand new with only 800 miles. Check engine light came on. Took it to dealer. They just called and said transmission problems and they had to order special parts. I’m livid. I’ll keep you updated.

Maybe I’ve got to look up just what method(s) of measurement they’re using in the UK, but it’s a weird compromise. Distance measured in miles, speed in mph but height, weight and capacities back in metric?
Has it been dyno'd ? what sort of power before and after stage 1 ? is it worth the money power wise or just for better noise ?

How tall of a handlebar would you think would fit best for your height. And do you think it would make that much difference in being 5ft 9 to 5ft 8. Specifically 10 to 12 inches.

Buffeting not buffering. Your helmet buffers your brain if you should fall on your head i.e. it acts to cushion it. Buffeting is the feeling of being punched in the head like a boxer on a speed bag due to turbulent air.
