Judge Mandisa Maya first female SCA president

The judiciary does not intend to co-govern the country because doing so would be a recipe for disaster. This is the view of President of the Supreme Court of Appeal, Justice Mandisa Maya. She's the first woman to head the SCA in its 107 years of existence. Maya says the doctrine of separation of powers defines the roles of three spheres of the state. Justice Maya spoke to our reporter in Bloemfontein Teboho Letshaba.
