My body easily produces odor lalo na pag near my menstration. No matter how hard i tried to be hygenic but its my body ang lakas talaga ng mag produce ng bad smell kaya nakakahiya minsan. It took me a while to figure out how to eliminate body odor until i found a solution.
My solution to prevent:
- I always change my clothes every time mag sweat aq
- Maligo before going outside or if may lakad kayo
- Use dial soap/ irish spring as it helps eliminates body odor.
- Use dry deodorant such as Old spice products
- Always change ur clothes when u start to sweat. Always bring extra clothes specially long travel
- Apply downy or fabric after washing ur clothes
I found these effective to prevent bad smell

Wear natural fabrics (like cotton). 100% natural if possible. Napapansin ko mas mabaho at madaling bumaho ang katawan kapag polyester yung damit.
