I think timidness also comes from wanting to be liked. You do things out of fear of not being liked so it can bring a weak energy. You really have to embrace being a loner and OWN it. Some people will dislike you no matter how cool or nice you are. A lot of times it's them that are uncomfortable around you because they see something in you that you don't even see. We underestimate ourselves and it shows unknowingly. Most people are followers and that's why they run in groups because they ain't shit by themselves. For me it's firearms and boxing. I love going to the range, hitting the mits and the heavybag, shadow boxing. You're correct that our manhood has been socialized out of us, and we need to tap into those primal warrior, hunter, dominating instincts and integrate them back into our everyday lives.

People would tell me I needed to calmed down or I was scary. It was about 2 years ago when I realized that that side of me was important. Slowly, I mean slowly, I become old self and people started dropping out of my life. People who I didn’t need in my life any ways. Im glad I always took care of the business i needed to take care.

I completely agree with the fighting commentary. I've been looking into joining a boxing gym or some personal sessions with a fight trainer. It's not only good physically, but I believe it's good for the mind. Some of us get mentally trapped so the body becomes locked up.

Rom, this made me realize that i'm way too passive when it comes to people insulting me. I've had incidents at multiple jobs of people wanting to fight me, i'm the tallest out of everyone, but also skinny. This is seriously a huge help as i was told not to fight as a kid, but i took it seriously because i'm neurodivergent(Autism or ADHD or both). I was also picked on as a kid, so that's mostly the reason why i stay away from fighting, that and i don't know what people are capable of. But, i am quick on my feet due to playing sports in high school, so i'll get started on learning to improve on these qualities and being able to fight along with working out. This reminds me of a sad memory I had when I reconnected with a best friend from 7th and 8th Grade. He hadn't changed. He used religion as a crutch, and still dated the same girl from Grammar School who was so immature she blew his phone up the two hours we were together. He went to the safe Catholic Prep school and avoided contact sports and girls. I went to the roughest school in the city, played football and other sports, and learned to get decent with girls. He'll never recover. Too far gone...

I was always constantly thinking of how I would handle a physical conflict if it emerged. That kind of training not only effects your body but it affects your mind.. Its deep.
I watch a lot of your video and never comment but I felt this so much uncle rom, I use to get tested so much because at the time i was small in school that it transformed me into a warrior with the hands to the point i started boxing sparring with the top dudes immediately in there that my coach said he's a natural... So i use that in different areas also..
For me, when it comes to my wolf, I'm like the calm before the storm. Due to my personality, I am usually very calm and collected in stressful situations because I am usually thinking and observing in my mind. So for me, I don't always just lash out because it's just not who I am although that doesn't mean I can't. Once I assess that a situation is very volatile, that's when I just unleash the "wolf" (I prefer tiger) and even then, just use enough force to get the job done. Although if someone really, really pissed me off, I will just fly into a fit of rage and destroy everything in my path lol. It's really rare though and I don't always know what will set me off.
At 4:20, I’m about to quit my 9 to 5 job real soon, to become a trader. I liked to have things go my way, and I even become annoyed when I have to explain myself repeatedly.

Hey Rom. My name is Izaiah, been watching ur vids for a few months and like anyone I hear and feel the truth in here. I was born select, I've been sexually active since I was young (like 7, fr) and never had to put in any effort to get there. Always had charisma and ppl naturally like me. This video resonates with me. When is your birthday Rom? I believe in astrology. You seem like a water sign probably Pisces. The thing is I am kind and a non stereotypical Black dude, but man I can surprise folks. A lot of people ignorantly believe that me being respectful means me being weak which is false. I have intimidated some guys you might think were thugs for coming at me the wrong way. I am cool and calm but can get assertive even aggressive and get nose to nose with another dude. I have discipline and self control, but sometimes you have to make that statement. The way how scared these fake tough guys look, after you show them you don't take shit from them is priceless. I am quiety confident and don't boast about how tough I am. I have had to train people to not act a certain way towards me. A lot of folks mainly Black folks will try to act like something is wrong with you for being laid back and kind. I remember having a couple of White guys sticking up for me, when a couple of Black guys thought something was wrong with me for being laid back and liking rock music which originates from Blues which is a huge part of Black culture. Of course I stood up for my beliefs. I can get my point across calmly, but sometimes you need that dog in you. Thanks for the share.

I ain’t gonna lie I love fighting. If I get in an altercation or some shit I hope I can put my hands on em because I’m not even the stand around talking type of guy. Either do some or shut tf up. Thing is now is that I’m an adult, and even if I’m in the right, if I put my hands on em I can still go to jail. It’s not even about losing a job or some shit, it’s going to jail. Because once you in jail even if you get out early, it’s over for a lot of people. And I know myself enough to know that if I did get in some shit with a person on the street I have absolutely no problem ending them the way I see fit. By that I’m saying I know for a fact, my ass going to jail. I have no problem shutting someone up but usually my energy prevents people from tryin some shit anyway. One of the things that sucks about becoming an adult is that now I can’t just beat the hell out of someone whenever I want😂. Not saying violence is the answer because I have found new ways to deal with shit, but it does solve a lot even just the fear of it. At least I had the wolf at first and now I have to tame it, some never get it in the first place.
