quick question are the punishers that are in the punishment training the best ones? or are there better more effective punishers out there, im new to lee and getting my ass kicked but hes so fun
Punishment training may tell you to do 1,2,4 over the just frame punish - but they are usually pretty good. They take into account how far away you are after blocking
In a perfect world, you punish everything -10 to -14 with 1:3:3:3 since it's the most damaging one, but 1:3:3:3 has short range, does not hit moves that recover crouching, and does not wall splat. It's best to know your other options with Lee. Standing 10f - 1,2,4 (easy mode for ending rounds) 11f - 4:4:4 (wallsplat + heat) 13f - df4,4 (wallsplat + heat, better range, hits crouching), f1+2 (wallsplat, saves heat, hits crouching) 14f - f2,1 (wallsplat, long range, hits crouching), b1,1:2 (wallsplat, better damage) 15f - uf4 (more damage, hits crouching), df2 (safer)

After slide you end up in crouch so you can do it over and over.
