I really like this show, comic pop, Mr sunday and many more, and if I find myself watching 3 hours of TH-cam content every day I'll never get to actually reading the comics themselves, let alone everything else I need to do. I just want to put this out there. It’s a long comment, but I just want you guys to know I’m loving this podcast and you two are terrific host bouncing off each other. It makes me think of back when I started watching comicstorian when Benny and Rob from Comics Explained had similar projects on eligible monster and the comicstorian TH-cam channel. My fondest era was, I believe it was ultimate comics, the weekly pull style series that had a bunch of you covering the comics that came out. I remember watching all of that and seeing it go from a serious comics weekly show to a crazy sketch show, starting with Rob losing his mind about the big reveal in Superman Reborn (the rebirth story), leading to all of you constantly interrupting him because we won’t shut up every week, leading to Rob usurping Benny and taking over the show, Benny coming back as a green lantern to battle Rob the yellow lantern as some epic finale to the show. The best part was watching Sal stuck in the middle being given all these shit and random children comics to review every week and just sighing. It was bonkers and off the wall, and personally I’m glad you guys moved away from the whacky sketches to focus on the content and discussions. But it’s still a fond era to look back on. That’s how long I’ve been watching you guys. You got me invested into comics and continue to get me up to speed in what’s happening in Marvel and DC. So you have a fan for life. Thank you guys.
I don't watch Comicstorian much but when I do I feel so exhausted because his energy is through the roof. Constantly laughing and high energy sounds so exhausting. Then when he narrates comics... OMG!!
For that whole first bit I think maybe the reason why he's saying that you rushed the topics is because Benny is a fast talker and Sal doesn't say much, he's he just answers with short responses because that's all he's got to say.
I’m pretty sure it’s also because if you watch his face I think he disagrees with Benny on a lot and if he said anything about it would just start a nonsense rant with Benny trying to defend his case which happens a lot so I’m pretty sure sal just doesn’t want to be too outspoken on his personal view of things tbh I only watch this for sal I’ve grown out of Benny once I became more knowledgeable about things than him within one week of reading comics lol
I loved Benny when I was getting back into comics to help me start reading again but once I started reading them you understand the perspectives alittle bit better and it’s not like offense to him what he does is great it’s just not for me
I personallly have stopped reading most new comics with some notable exceptions. Mostly because I don't have the time and money to spend. However I watch all your shows every week including this one because I like hearing you two people talk about comic books, a subject that clearly both of you have a passion for and care about. And also you are respective of everyone and try not to insult anybody. There's a reason why guys like Scott Snyder, Josh Williamson and Tom King want to come to your show and more than once instead of other comic channels.
Wait… X of Swords still has not been released in trade?! I am so glad I decided to get the digital trade download from Apple Books for like $30, I wanna say back in January🤔. I just checked it out on Amazon and the hardcover price went up from $60 to $90 since last I checked. The paperback is marked at $50 but I’m sure that will only go up before they finally choose to release it, whenever that will be
It probably won't surprise you guys to learn that James Tynion IV is a big fan of action figures. When he came to Melbourne he was really excited by how all the comic stores in Melbourne stock toys as well as comics.

One thing i noticed with James Tynion's Batman is that he loves to make sure that we know that Batman fails Gotham, that there needs to be people that "Want to kill the Joker! We had had enough of him!" and that people in Gotham are sick of Batman failing again and again. I don't know if its Tynion saying "Dont worry fans i know what you think, here it is on the nose". I like his Batman run though, its just something i notice.
I've been trade sitting for my xmen books so they might just be trying to let dawn of x catch up to x of swords since dawn of x 16 which is the issue before x of swords dosent come out till summertime
Id like to see a Batman story that centers around his belief in redemption. Or what drives him to be Batman the further away he moves from his parents death but it feels like we only get the same few storylines
I would love to see Marvel put out four mini series for: Scarlet Witch, Black Widow, Capt Marvel, and a all female hero team book. Put out some strong stories that gets new and old readers in and then go into a full run.

Demon Days X-men is a whole separate world that puts Marvel characters in feudal Japan/Japanese folklore. So it’s not Betsy, it’s a different Psylocke. But regardless the story and art is really really good
My problem with any of Benny's shows are he takes 20 minutes before he actually gets to first topic because he has to laugh at his own jokes, ramble on but what he's doing in his personal life. By the time the discussion may actually start, I've already clicked off the video. So far I'm at minute 11 and you still haven't started discussing the topic. I think you are both very knowledgeable and enjoyable to watch when your talking about the topics you want to talk about.

I know I'm late so this comment may by void but I'll give my opinion anyways. As much as I really like the idea of Absolutely Marvel & DC, I really don't like the way it's being handled. When I heard you guys were going to expand Absolute Comics, I thought it was going to well...expand Absolute Comics. I feel like the stuff on that channel can still work great here. Maybe call the show Absolute Movies and TV or hell, continue calling it Absolutely Marvel & DC but keep it apart of Absolute Comics. I feel like dividing the two will end up with one channel kinda just dying. I go to AM&DC and I see very little views and subscriber numbers. I just don't want to see that content go away. Then again this is coming from a guy with a 100 sub channel so what do I know.

Just don’t care for his opinions more often then not so I just stopped watching came to this just cause there’s nothing else to watch while I’m working.
