As a Braves fan, it must be said: Even on a "off" night, that Suarez dude has some serious sauce on his pitches. Kelenic, Marcel and Ozzie just had some rly good swings on tough pitches. When you see how he was dotting the zone on the edges and corners, ringing up Riley, Olsen, and Murphy and then just dropping the bottom out against Duvall...man, that guy has impressive stuff.
Speaking of impressive though, those splits they showed for Spencer Schwellenbach's pitch selection was pemhenomenal, literally. For him to have that deep of a repetoire and the comfidence and command to mix them up so well and evenly is INSANE. It's even crazier when comsidering this dude was never a full-time pitcher until turning pro. As an Omaha-born, Marietta-raised guy, it's pretty dope to see a former Husker doing so well for my Braves. Hope he continues to get better and keeps the good work up for years in an Atlanta uniform. I think they found a keeper. Finally, an arm from the farm! 💪🏼
my kid grew up playin with/against schwelly here in mid-michigan. it's still wild to me that i'm literally watchin this baby pitch for *my* team, *my* braves. it doesn't seem possible. lol but the entire schwellenbach fam is truly amazing. spence worked his 🍑 off to recover from tj & reach this level and i couldn't be more happy for him & the fam. 💙❤

Meh. I do believe he has made some great plays. But he and Olson are underperforming this year overall. They both seem to make the hard plays, but it seems they lose focus on the easy plays…
Nah, with the glove he’s been black belt level. Less so with the bat and Bohm deserves an AS start at 3rd.
Great game pitched by Spencer Schwellenbach, very proud of him, Ozuna and Albies got their groove back with 2 straight nights of hitting a super missile, also I want to send out a piece of knowledge to those Phillies fans crying about the Braves wouldn't stand a chance if Harper, Schwarber and remuto were in the their lineup......well remember we have Acuna, Harris and pitcher Strider missing from our lineup so I can make the same claim, see how it works both ways? Anyway with López on the mound tomorrow let's take the series from these clowns, GO BRAVES!!!!!!!
They talked so much trash after our loss the first night, I hope we get the sweep and it fires up the team for the rest of the season.

Braves missing half their team the entire season including Acuna and Strider out for the season. Harris out for a month +. Riley, Murphy and many more. Phillies are going playing super well but are being given a total Disney fast pass this season.

i was impressed with spencer today, got outta a few jams, and ranger who is normally shut down, kinda gave up more then he usually does, but man how many different outfielders are the braves gonna use, now they called up eli white today, if only acuna was still healthy and harris was back, the bottom 4 of the lineup went 0-14
