Hey, thanks for the video, I'm all connected, but is there a way to choose which variant of the product that Facebook shows. For example, I have a single item at £3.75, and then a pack of 10 of the same item at £29.99. Facebook shop is showing a mixture of both the pack quanitities across my shop, but it makes it appear is if I'm charging a massive £29.99 for 1 on the listing until the customer clicks through to my shopify website. Any help/video on this would be greatly appreciated

Hi Stewart! I'm so glad to have stumbled across your content. Quick question if I may - if we're switching from Woocommerce to Shopify, do we need to "replace commerce account" (rather than create new one (as per 5:29 on your video). I'm assuming this completely deletes the old Woocommerce integration (old Facebook shop feed) and replaces with a new Shopify one, and means we go through the process of syncing/approving products all over again.
Hey mate, Similar process to this. However, once you have completed this setup. You will see the option to set up Instagram. Here you can see if you are eligible.
I tried doing the Facebook shop setup through Shopify and it says I already have a shop and won't let me continue the setup...well duh, that's what I am trying to link haha, you know what I could be doing wrong?
@@StewartGauld yes, i was trying to connect it to an existing page which turns out to be the problem. I had to create a new page to get past this part. I had to rename my old page, create a new one with the old pages name(cause that is the name i wanted and my domain name) and it worked...all set up now. Thanks for the response!

Because both are connected. You do not have to do anything except arrange the shipping etc.

I suggest using a free tool to list your products like Ecwid and then connect this with Facebook.

Yes that is correct. I suggest sending paid traffic to your Shopify store instead.

That has been a comment issue. I suggest adding just your popular product categories only and slowly add older or new products over time.

It sounds like you already have a few accounts connected. Make sure you disconnect before connecting to your new shop.
