first class & outstanding teaching ! compliments of a passionate golfer : one of the things that make golf so interesting is the amount of knowledge one has to acquire to become a proficient golfer! these are all concepts I had : the difficulty is to make sure that there is a strong weight shift on the left heel : as the spine tilts to the right ( at least conceptually ) in fact we know the turn of the thoracic spine is what allows us to stay centered : the bottom line ? the ideal situation is to live on a golf course ( which is fortunately my case ....and play a lot of golf not a lot of balls ! ( of course with what is called : conscious competence )

Brilliant as usual Jonathan. More excellent instruction to help me "whiz it down the middle", Thank you!
You are truly an expert coach. It is on me to implement your advise as a conscious choice
