    This but getting up by 5.30am and making it a plan to leave home by 8am latest to go to the gym b4 seeing people / doing anything else for the day. 🤪 ironicly started this week to😂 I set the goal to do it once a week for a month but already done it twice and not even been a week 😅

    When I go to the gym in the morning it makes me feel sleepy the all day, and when I go to the gym in the afternoon (afterwork) I feel recharged! Is it better to do the workout in the morning like you do our I should sticky with what works for me?

      I actually work out in the afternoons too! The only time I train in the morning is when I know I won’t have time later in the day, as you will always get the most out of your training when your body is fully ready for it!
      Another cool thing to note is that if we’ve been working out consistently at a certain time of day, our body will actually adapt to that, so will prepare itself for that increased activity at the time you would usually workout!
      However, that can also sometimes make it hard to switch your training time and still feel like you can perform your best, so ultimately it’s most important to stick to a time that works best for you!💪
