Wow. Incredible. So many colourful birds. The cock of the rock is so beautiful and funny. Torrent duck so brave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful video and photos.
The cock of the rock is a very unusual bird. A very loud bird with invisible beak and a funny hairdo. That's how I remember them. Colombia is a bird paradise. Thank you for your comment. We are glad you liked the video
Wow! Awsome video ! Your pictures are so beautiful ! It's not easy to film in the jungle where you have more leaves than light!!! Excellent video😊 Thanks for sharing 😊
Hello my new friend! The large variety of birds is amazing! They are all so beautiful and colorful! These unique professionally made shots allow you to see each bird in all its beauty! My wife and I did a birding trip to some of the same places in February of 2020. I have a video of that trip posted on my channel. Your videos and photos are outstanding!
Great video and thanks. If I was to set up a base in Jardin to go birdwatching in and around that area. Could you recommend any places to check out, just so we can maximize different species ?
Hi there, the best place in Jardin was the Cock-of-the-rock lek which is "Reserva Natural Jardín de Rocas", you can walk there from the town. Camino de la Herrera is very good too. The main reason most people go there is for the Yellow-eared Parrot reserve which is maybe 1 hour drive to the South East and fairly easy to bird from the road side. Mirador El Roble is a bit further away but well worth it for the antpittas and hummingbirds.
Good evening, I watched the 3 videos, they were all very good, I am traveling to Medellin in November, I already have reservations at a LasTangaras and Montezuma.- ;and the area of Manizales and Pereira was very interesting, could you show me the places with feeders that you visited because in The translation does not appear correctly and my English is very bad.- Thank you very much in advance.- Henry Argentina
Hi Henry, sure! The feeders we visited on the way to Manizales is Mirador El Roble. The feeders around Manizales with the Antpittas were in Rio Blanco lodge. And the ones from 07:32 onwards were Tinamu lodge. Have a great time!
Amazing images as usual, but I don't think that's a pileated woodpecker, since they're a north American species. I'm not as knowledgeable about South American woodpeckers, but I believe it's a lineated woodpecker.
Beautiful channel ❤️ 💖 💕 ♥️ Thank you 👏
Thanks for visiting
Love your vids, thanks so much
Glad you like them!
Did you also have a guide for this portion of the tirp? We're looking at it for later this year @@spottybeetles1040
