Barking & Dagenham Domestic Abuse Commission launch | OBLive

Twelve experts from across the country joined us at City Hall on 4 February to launch the Barking and Dagenham Domestic Abuse Commission. The ground-breaking Commission has been set up to get to the root cause of domestic abuse within our communities.
