Loved the mention of Birthplace of Aviation / First in Flight! My roommate in college was from North Carolina (we went to Ohio State) and we constantly had that debate. No one ever knows what I’m talking about when I bring it up.
Impresive! Don't think i could name even close to as many cities from different areas if my home country. Though it is also a faor bit smaller than the USA
A trick I use for the western states is to try San/Santa followed by whatever Spanish names I can think of, the same works for the rest of the US with well known Saints. I also try the names of presidents and monarchs with various suffixes like burg, ville, town, etc. it ends up covering a lot.
That's a really solid Strat, I never considered the san/santa idea. This should come in handy when I take this on expert mode soon. Thanks for watching.
I think one major thing you need to learn is the spelling of all the different places. You got lucky on some because of your autocorrect, it was clear you knew what places there were, but memorizing the spelling can really help on quizzes like this
A huge amount of places in the US are unincorporated; from what I understand, it means they don't have their own city/town government. Much of these are designated by the Census Bureau as "census-designated places" - and seems to me they don't get included in many quizzes Hawaii doesn't have any incorporated places, which is why all places in Hawaii get accepted anyway
My hometown in Montana has a population of 1700 and wasn’t even on here 😂 It is in the middle of nowhere but could have been guessed with Williston I believe Also why does everyone say Helena wrong 😢 😂
You killed it! That's a great score. I actually did a UK version of this which I will be releasing later today. You should try it, I'm sure you'll wipe the floor with me in that one. Thanks for watching!

6:52 Ironwood or Iron Mountain. Also, Sault Sainte Marie. As for that area of New York, try Watertown or Lake Placid.

I am from Europe and got 23/50 states and 11103 cities (more or less in the eastern half). Great fun. 😊

I feel like wherever the data was sourced from sometimes gets the population figures off. Is it pronounced Hell-in-a? Thanks for watching!
@@worldwidequizzes As someone from Bozeman, Montana, I can confirm that Helena is pronounced Hell-In-A. (Great video by the way.)
Hello to Bozeman! Thanks for the clarification and thanks for the kind words!!
