I used a L bracket spare from the quad monitor mount I had. Works great.. I have seen people drill them directly into the seat, but I couldn't bring myself to drill holes in a 2 day old seat
@@BrettDalSanto you used the large plate supplied by TR right? Are the mounting holes on the monitor recessed? Im just wondering if I'd be okay just using longer screws
Yeah I am, as I mentioned in the video im a big lad so the GT seat was going to be a tight squeeze. The seat is nice and wide and feels good. I did a 6 hour race a few weeks after this video and have had no back problems at all
All up im about $7,000 AUD in, but its hard to tell. I brought a lot second hand, hobbled together bits and pieces to make solutions and 3d printed a bunch. The most expensive one off items is the TR160 and the monitor
Thanks for a simple tour! So many "reviews" of the rig that never actually show the rig. Thanks for sharing! Great clean setup.
Well that saved me a phone call. :) I thinking of the reclining seat.
Great and clean setup! congrats!
What .drc file do you use for the OSW? I'm trying to tune the motor.. thanks in advance!
Also interested in your keyboard holder, looks like a good design

Hey awesome kit. Do you have a button list for your button box?
I have the same setup and wondering how you mounted the buttkicker and does it work really good there on the side, looking to get one that's all.

Is that the Asus xg49? If so how'd you mount to the monitor mount?
Its a Samsung 49, but it just uses the standard vesa mount

@@davomaso123 Yep just the standard Trak Racer plate, The screws that came with my montior for VESA worked fine
@@BrettDalSanto reckon I could somehow get a pic of what the back looks like. Sorry to be a pain
Bit late but any perceptible flex in the front mount you have?
you mean around the screens? not really anything noticeable
@@BrettDalSanto nah, just where the wheel is mounted on, any noticable flex when you push the wheel up and down
@@ghovandk2536 nope tho they changed the design of late
@@BrettDalSanto thanks for the answer, as there are very little reviews on it 👍 i ordered one
Hi Brett, I would indeed be interested in the STL for your button box/streamdeck combo.
