What makes me sad is that Gai they don't show Gai's emotion about how Gai's father died because of the Mist's Seven swordsman when he used the eighth gate to let Gai and his friends escape. You would expect them to show his emotion or at least unlock a gate and go crazy on them. :/

No question, but. Jinpachi give me Kenpachi vibe, but he is a lot weaker that is all
Kushimaru and Jinpachi i really wish they were in revolution. I wish they would of got more of a back story as well I wonder how they died We only know how Zabuza, Raiga, Kisame, Ameyuri and Fuguki died that's 5 out of the 10 swordsmen that have been alive. All we have now is Chojoro and he wouldn't stand a chance against any of the originals or the 2nd generation.
They did die, but in the Madara vs Gai episode when Gai unlocks the eighth gate it's shown that Gai's father used the eighth gate to kill 5/7 of the swordsman

Kakashi didn't use his sharigan and Guy didn't open any gates. They made them lightwork

They would not even break a sweat If they were kage leveled, they're good, but not that good..
