Haha, what a severe taskmaster you are! George is doing a great job.

what a trooper george is! keeping up with your incredible trail fitness level as much as he’s doing is commendable.

Thanks Waldo for another great video. And George is like a master at these rock hopping creek crossings. Lol. Peace and happy trails to ya

I think George is doing great! By the time he gets to the Green Lakes he will totally be ready to go back and climb Mt. Fremont. Waldo, check out Nancy Pallister's book(Beyond Trails in the Wind River Mountains) for many, many off-trail routes - high, low and in between. Going off-trail is the beauty of the Winds!

George, what a trooper! Could we get to hear bit of his thoughts on hiking parts of the cdt?

Do you ever swim in the lakes or rivers - when I hike I find then difficult to resist?

Haha that's what I asked him a while back! Even just waist down would be nice after a long day of hiking. He said the elevation makes it quite cold and he doesn't jump in often

I have swam in a few lakes, around Yellowstone there were lots of good swimming spots!

@@WaldoTheBareNecessities I would imagine some of the waters there are much warmer than those at the altitude you were at when I asked the question.
Loving your posts, because of you my will camping now includes a tarp. Fantastic for star gazing.
