The 2nd house is such a gem architecturally & design-wise - loving the cosmopolitan feel/design & the overall demure opulence.
The outdoor spaces are stunning & very organic, love it. Indoors & outdoors are in perfect harmony. The designer(s) did a magnificent job all throughout.

Being that climate gentrification is real (especially in Miami) these sexy house videos are less appealing. Can't look at them the same. Kind of like knowing your dream crush has an s.t.d.
I think in our lifetime all the homes here are still safe to enjoy.
