Whilst its not the most important detail in the world, there are at least 3 homes on the market in fort Lauderdale when this was uploaded that are more expensive.
For the first one. Your work is awesome quality but this homes became extremely repetitive. Same straight lines cubes, mostly black and white with some shades of brown and beige. Same chandeliers hanging like stalactites, same lack of depth, magic, color and mystery. Not even a great location by the beach or ocean, a narrow, stale canal full of noisy boats. I cannot imagine someone else than a tacky new money personality with no attachment to details or swanky decor wanting this type of home. Second one much more interesting but didn't blow me away
👀 did you all see that master bedroom the first house they show with that big window just imagine your woman do a cowgirl when the sun come up wow the house is sexy 🥂
