What I notice in Miami is it is key you buy in miami beach even if it is a 3 million house. Then sell for 5-6 million and buy an 8-10 million house. Then sell for 16 million and buy the 20 million mansion! Ive seen the property appreciate that much on these expensive homes lol great investments.
