- In this video we will take a deep dive into the new QST or Quick settings trigger by FX Airguns ! The QST is a 3 in 1 trigger unit that can quickly and easily be set from a hunter trigger to a standard FX trigger to a pure Match grade trigger that is light crisp and breaks like glass.
So, in this video we will take you true everything you need to know regarding the QST and how to set it up , making you the QST expert !

It could be a little better if you give the screws diameter and threads; also, do not use adjectives, but nouns to describe the proper nomenclature of the piece in the trigger group, which I observed six (6) pieces in the assembly.
I love all your videos you make and I recommend you to all that are curious.
A great video would be if you were to shoot for a shot count from a full fill cylinder of 250 Bar, shooting a 25.39 pellet at 898 feet per second (fps) with the micro-adjust wheel set at the 3 mark, and the Macro-adjust set at the 8 mark with the Valve Adjuster at the 4th line. You then obtain the 898 fps velocity by very carefully adjusting the regulator pressure up, only; very slow methodical increase, but also state how many degrees, or turns from the full seat and the diameter and threads pitch, as well as for the micro adjusting screw and the movement of the Macro-adjust vs. the micro-adjust movement. I keep hearing from other experts that you can't adjust the Macro wheel from the lowest to the highest if the micro-wheel is at either end of the adjust such as at 1, or at 5.
Lastly, if you can give the hammer spring K-value, if you have it, or know it as well as the free over length, the outer and inner diameters, the wire diameter and the total number of spring turns.
And after setting the above parameters, please report the regulator set pressure where you get 898 fps and the shot count from cylinder filled pressure until the cylinder drops to the regulator pressure.
I wish I could afford a 25 caliber M4 with 700 mm barrel and a tin of pellets then I could make TH-cam videos explaining the laws of physics, kinematic formulas and thermodynamics with mechanical statistics to explain the chemistry involved with compressed dry air and lead pellets, but no slugs because that's all whole other book by itself.
I almost forgot, when shooting, if you could please shoot a group of 20 (statistically significant), but preferably 30 at a target 176 yards out.

Nice video....some fo m4 had an issue with the trigger mechanism where parts of it get stuck in the hammer spring, causing inaccuracy. Abu Omar from Saudi Arabia resolved the problem.
My M4 still fires without any 2nd stage screws inserted. When you adjust the first stage at 8:40 your gun is firing. At 11:00 you back off the match screw so you gun won't fire. Mine continues to fire. What am I doing wrong?

You can have a screw in all of the trigger adjustment holes , but you can have only one activated at one time .

How light can you make the match grade trigger?
About 0.5pound or 250gr . If you eliminate the first stage you can even get lighter . We will do a fine tuning video on this trigger still .
I am still trying to get a shorter barrel and plenum for my .25 dynamic but no one seems to know what I am talking about. I am now scared to buy another FX rifle.

Ik heb een probleem met mijn m4 dat als ik de cockinglever naar achteren trek om te laden hij heel vaak terug schiet zonder de hamer op spanning te zetten. Ik mket dan het magazijn eruit halen en opnieuw laden om dubbel laden te voorkomen?🤷♂️
@@dimitrivandenhudding5777 Hey ! Dat wil waarschijnlijk zeggen dat je de hammerspring te ver afgesteld hebt 😉 doe een paar klikjes van Micro of Macro en hij zal het wel terug zoals normaal doen . Als dit niet het geval is en je de trekker aangepast hebt je waarschijnlijk wat mis gedaan hebt en je het breakpoint van de 2nd stage genomineerd hebt .

Just got mine yesterday and the trigger is inconsistent and the thing leaked 50bar overnight 🙄 having buyers remorse. I have had a M3 for almost 3 years and just sent it in for warranty repair for a leak that was leaking like 50 bar in a week lol this thing brand new is leaking way worse. And the trigger is hot garbage. I will get like 10 squeezes that are the same then all of a sudden it doesn't reset all the way and the squeeze is stiffer for a few pulls then it goes back to normal for a few pulls. Haven't messed with anything yet. And idk what tune they have from the factory but I got the M4 compact in 22cal and the reg is set at 135bar... That seems way high for a factory tune.

My M4 trigger is 8oz it’s kinda sketchy for hunting you can’t get excited when I set my finger on the trigger you better be ready to shoot.
Why wasn't the bottle made for 300 bar?
Because we don’t cover the liability to 300bar . 300bar puts alot of strain on the components.
Filling to 300bar isn’t a thing that the majority of users and it would make the impact noticeable more expensive.

Hey Lorenzo , grotere vijsjes gebruiken kan gewoon niet en deze hebben een standaard maat hoor 😉 is niks speciaals. M3x 5mm lang stel schroefje . Normaal gezien zitten er 2 in de trekker en je hebt er maar 1 nodig omdat je maar 1 trekker setting tegelijk kan activeren. Dus heb je in principe altijd een reserve😉
@@FXAirguns dat weet ik, maar bedoelde eigenlijk de maat van umbraco sleutel is zo klein dat deze niet in een normale set zit.
Daarom spijtig dat ze deze niet standaard bij leveren.
Wel een goede uitleg voor be Belg.

I have never been this excited in my life the new been Tech, MC,Ar 1000 yard air rifle shoots a 310 grain slug get 1185, FPS for a 5 inch group at 1000 yards. You’re a fax guns can’t even come close. Keep your junk in Sweden.
A well known Airgunsmith in South Africa fitted an HW100 .22 barrel to a second hand $250 Chinese made pcp. ( No other modifications ) l personally witnessed him shooting JSB 18.13 grain pellets sub moa.
In fact he shot at 100m (109 yds) Best group 12mm! and average groups of around 15mm. ( I still have the targets)
With my own 68 year old eyes, using 30gr .218 H&N slugs, my Impact M3 is a Lazer. One hole groups ( 6mm) at 50m and averages around 18mm at 100m, this opens to an average of 30mm at 150m.
Oh, I've had my Impact for over 3years now and it hasn't missed a beat!!
However, no PCP is perfect. Even my favourite, .20 Weihrauch HW100 ( arguably one of the finest engineered pcp's in the world) has needed a leaky O ring replaced.

The fact that AEA airguns has the most extreme lineup of arrogant guns on the planet and they have proven themselves the most accurate at the Utah competition for years now FX has lost. And now they came out with the thousand yard air rifle fill pressure is 7000 psi regulated down to 4500. That gun shoot sub ammo way at 1000 yards. And then you can go get the red panda by karma that is made by a ea . They are not only the Utah competition winners for years now, but they have a lineup of guns coming out that are going to devastate our fx even more than all their losses to that company. Sales numbers are really low. It fx oh yeah.
