Had the same problem when i bought mine, opened it up and already had a new motor on the way when all of a sudden my friend told me to just bang on the motor a few times then boom she went back to working fine and hasn’t messed up since lol
My husband is working on this same car and he is having issues with this. He ordered the part, put it in and it's still not going up normally when closing the door. Any advice?
@@CastellanosMotorSports I’ll have to disagree my friend. The shop gave me the motors that were originally in the doors and they’re exactly the same as the ones I ordered online.

Thanks for the video brother I have to do this to my wife’s car in a couple of days 👍🏻
Any advice on how you took off the screws on the motor. I stripped two different motors at the junkyard I don’t want to do it to my vehicle.
Just be careful maybe soak it in some wd40
I almost striped the screws on mine trying to use a screwdriver. Use a drill with a #3 bit and it should come off.
Impact screwdriver
Make sure you get a large head phillips for the 3 screws and a couple others for this project otherwise you will strip the heads of the screws...
Great video bro I just did a video explaining some of the issues that go out on a g35. This was on the list
Thanks bro & I’ll check it out!

There may be a button on the motor you can push to reset it when it’s all the way down
Bro that’s crazy that you need to do all that for a window motor hood thing I got a sedan bro it’s way easier
I thought they were the same 😳
@@CastellanosMotorSports naw it’s way easier
Are both motors the same ?
They’re different
@@CastellanosMotorSports they should be the same. Just had them installed and both motors looked identical, both work perfectly as well.
@limitlessmedia7440 yea but one should be for left side & one for the right
