awsome, hopefully i will remember it while i'm in the gym with my partners. I find that wrist locks are way more easier to find then chokes and bars but i have to train them so i can learn them properly. I'm just a noob to the fighting game :)) ty, you go so much good stuff on ur channel :D
Thank you for your comment. I don't always use a woman in my videos-a glance at the nearly 300 videos I have up (and more coming) clearly demonstrates this. Often, the women are the ones who show up earliest during shooting time and most consistently. A question: what have you got against women in self defense video? My female students are some of the best people you will ever meet-and some of the most functional against resisting opponents-they rock more than I can possibly explain to you. They are also in these videos because they put in the freakin hard work I lay before them. They are unsuspecting in their capacity and overwhelming at times in their push to better themselves. I am honored to work with them and will do everything I can to promote women in self defense-and that means you're going to see more of them. They put in their time on the job and have earned the spot they are in. Go ahead and view the men we have on display in my videos, they rock too, but pound for pound the women work harder because they have to deal with bodies heavier and sometimes stronger. That's what people don't always understand. In the end, they sweat as much as any guy and travel the road least taken.
Excellent skill
love this sankyo
