There's no human life travesty, border security is not an issue(we took back Galwan), flawed diplomacy(S Jaishankar smiling in the corner as India is made president of UNSC and Afghan President wants India's assistance)
Mr Tharoor makes a pertinent statement that " All Governments have secrets" But secrets of the State in India are again specified by another law, known as the Official Secrets Act. Or are State secrets subject to discretion of the Executive, with no reference to the said Act. Mr Tharoor needs to answer this.
