During the heat of the summer, I was the first to click when you'd drop one, but by golly...I'm a busy bee right meow. You talked about your well. I noticed the hose in the duck water pool. Did you know that you can contaminate your water leaving the end of the hose in water? There's sometimes back pressure that will suck water back into your tank. If that water is dirty, it can contribute to some nasties growing where they shouldn't. Just thought I'd mention that to you. Hope you see this! Anyways, lovin' the look of the new flock...except the silkie/polish thing. Those are the dumbest creatures known to man. hahaha I wouldn't take one if you gave it to me. But, good luck with yours. Can't wait to get caught up, but it won't be today. Gotta go sort out the goat and sheep mineral buffet! I just got my refills...they love it! Then we're processing more pig. Bacon on to cure! I’ve missed you! I’m glad it was for a good reason! I’m glad you mentioned it! We had our well tested and it was positive for coliform, we figured it was the proximity of the pigs we had but it could be the hose. We never leave it plugged in but sometimes it does siphon back to the end of the hose and if we pop it back on the spikit the next day i spose it’s possible it could cause an issue
Glad you have good luck integrating your flocks. We tried to integrate a younger Black Star with three older Red Stars, and they viciously attacked her. Had to separate them again.
I don’t know anything about chickens, so this video was pretty interesting to me. By- the-way I really like the way you explain things, it’s clear and understandable. You are easy to listen to. ❤ oh, and good luck on your inspection.

The Cube now comes with an optional external oil pump that’s a comparable price to the harvest right but it’s actually manufactured in the USA
