@@TomleyRC With only 333 made, how can they really be racing them right now? Maybe in the future if more are made? I don't really know but I think it's pretty cool and they need to make more of them. Maybe this was to see how they would sell, before making a lot of them... Just a theory and thanks for all your videos!
@@PRESTINERCs The 333 were this limited edition one with different stickers, wheels and chrome body.....they sell the standard one as well and there were plenty of them
I don’t have a desire to own one of these, but they really remind me of the Honda Gyro 3 wheel scooter from the 80’s. They handled and looked almost identical
Yes, you can still get the Gyros, and the latest are electric I think

The cool factor on this is quite high. It's very unique and just makes you and your viewers laugh and smile. It was a great choice for the advent calendar. As you know this is a version of the dancing rider. Each year at Tamiya's world championship race in Japan there is a fun class like the comical Grasshopper, the Lunchbox, the Volkswagen bus, etc. One year it was the Dancing Rider. To see 10 of those racing on the track was great. I think that would be a hilarious TH-camrs race.
That is cool and these things are really cool , I get why Harley likes them too , I’ve always meant to look into getting one , even a china version .

The hamster did a review on a 3 wheeler on top gear and it was a blast, the leaning over in the corners etc was (as he said) like flying a fighter jet. I think it had a toyota 4 cyl in the back. It was a riot when Jezzer tried to get in.
I've been eyeing them up on eBay and Japanese actions haha. Although not the one they did a video on.. .the cheaper Honda Gyros
Wot episode and series was that I don’t remember it? I remember the episode when they were racing and Richard had a three wheeler. Didn’t review it tho. It was just a bunch of challenges
@@TomleyRC when they did the review I thought "I'd drive the hell out of that" but at $25K USD or over $30K cdn, that's a no, not for a toy/play vehicle.
I ride a vstar 1100 in the summer and this would be an all weather version of a motorcycle....

Tbh I can 𝙉𝙊𝙏 wait till the holiday season is behind us. I enjoyed it a lot when younger but after the loss of my oldest brother followed by my father the following year and lastly my best friend my Boxer I've become a true Grinch unfortunately.

I love mine. I replaced all the parts with INTEGY aluminum. Its heavy but with the super sport motor it runs great. fast and its fun to drive.

This is one of my favourite tamiyas to drive around. FYI, these are self righting since I noticed you kept walking up to it to right it once it fell over!
Music is fantastic. Put a little rhythmic high hat on it, maybe some deep front note attack 808 drum kicks, and then some sort of outer space “woo waahhhh weeeee wooaaahhhh wooooo” over it. Seriously though, I like your normal music choices, they’re cool songs, I check them out sometimes.
I think this would be a great race between yourself, Kevin Talbot and RCKicks!

For window masking I recommend either frog tape or spray mask, both work great for spray-painting around clear stuff.

Great driving montage. I reckon you can always tell if you are super stoked on a car if the montage is either amazing or terrible- you either really get into capturing it moving well, or are enjoying the driving itself so much the filming comes second!

They do race these in Japan (as they do with all the models). They look epic all racing together. I thought those arms at the side let it self right using the steering? Masses of hop ups for these too.

I notice you're still using the Insta360 Go2. I bought one yesterday to use on my RC's after watching your review recently. (Bit late to that party). Maybe I should get a Dancing or Dual Rider to go with it. They look like a lot fun and are so different from my other RC's.
It’s a great camera for the on board shots. Mines a bit battered and bruised now, may need to replace it. ‘Tack Black’ from Amazon is great for securing it on stuff.

Phil, you missed the coolest feature....you can self right it if it falls over. Using the steering the plastic bar puts it back on its wheels.

22, 23 & 24 are pretty good. 25 was a tough one, so I've gone with something a little different
